I will be cancelling my second appointment. I felt my appointment was very rushed and I was literally out within 5 minutes of my appointment time. First of all, the receptionist is the first person you see when you come in. Would it cost you to say a ,”Goodmorning, how are you?” Dr. Cozzolino just seemed to be lacking empathy and my appointment felt as if I was just being cycled through. I believe healthcare shouldn’t just be seen as a business, but there should be empathy and caring about the patient as being a person! I was out within 5 minutes, and I felt as if I was taking up the doctor’s precious time when I drove from 18 minutes away and had to rush to go to work afterwards. My husband said the doctor was looking at his watch while speaking to him instead of facing him and speaking to him. I was scheduled at the same time as another patient, and so it felt rushed. Why schedule 2 patients at the same appointment time? There is very poor bedside manner! The only benefit is that labs can be done here.

They DO NOT want your business! Office operates in stone age era of technology. It took me a month to get an appointment. They overloaded me with pages to fill out via mail and E-mail which was done ahead of time. I arrived 15 min prior to appointment and was still denied an appointment, apparently doctor was too booked to see his scheduled patients. Total mistreatment of people who make your living!

Orders all tests, reviews everything step by step to ensure a full health picture. Organized and thorough.

Doctor did not treat nor refer. Just cashing checks here folks look elsewhere specially if you're sick. Despite having annual full blood panel checks and being told things were normal. Another doctor saw those results and immediately saw a trend that required attention. You are just a number here.

I have gone to Dr Cozzolino for numerous things. Great bedside manner. Typically quick in and out. Clean. He has also seen my son due to repetitive sinus infections as a child.
