Unreliable Dr.s office as a whole! We have been back and forth with them for a week trying to get them to send prescription information to the necessary pharmacy. Multiple calls and nearly begging with no results. This also happened a year ago with another child and no results that time either. She was excellent at first but it seems Advent has allowed her to overload herself to the point of inefficiency.

I have never been so disgusted by a doctor before. My nephew needed to be seen for a physical today. His mom spotted lice while doing his hair this morning. So, like she has done before, she brought it up while at the doctors office today in hopes of getting shampoo for it. Now I will make note that mine and her children have been SEEN by the doctor before for lice, not via Zoom appointment. The doctor this morning refused to see my sister or my nephew. She refused to even come into the room. She acted like lice was covid! She not only had zero manners but she embarrassed my sister. She canceled their appointment and made them leave without seeing them. All because my sister mentioned lice. This is not professional at all nor is embarrassing any patient you have. This could have been handled totally different.

Today I was embarrassed completely and discriminated by DR HERNANDEZ and her Nurse. My son had a Physical Scheduled he needed for school. I was doing his hair and noticed he had Lice Eggs in his hair. I told the Nurse and she took a few steps back like it was going to jump on her and said HE HAS LICE NOW, Ma'am for future references this is virtual appointment, I said he is here for a physical that he needs for school. She left the room and came back and CRACKED THE DOOR and told me I'm Canceling this appointment and making you a virtual one. And then we will reschedule his physical. The DR would not see my son in person. They tried to tell me it was because lice is a sick visit. NO THAT IS NOT CARING ABOUT A CHILDS WELL BEING MORE THEN GETTING EXTRA INSURANCE MONEY. MONEY HUNGRY!! It's unacceptable the way they treated us today! And we will never go there again. Hope they don't have anyone treat their kids the way they treated us today!

Dr.Hernandez does a great job, she's friendly, and is very thorough with my daughter. She always answers any questions we have. My daughter really likes seeing her! Several of my coworkers take their children to her as well and constantly say how much they like her!

Went for an appointment to take my daughter Lizbeth Lopez for a Covid-19 test. The medical nurse took information on my daughter and I asked if I can get my daughter tested for COVID-19 due to that she was coughing. The medical nurse said yes we do covid-19 test here. After a long extensive wait the medical nurse came back and told us they had ran out of covid-19 tests. The Doctor Maria Hernandez did not even acknowledge or checked my daughter's lungs or even showed up to us to let us know what are options were. I didn't feel that my daughter was treated fairly as an established patient.

Wanted to get a covid-19 test done and the medical nurse told us he ran out of them. The doctor did not even acknowledge my daughter or even checked her for other infections or at least check her lungs. The doctor did not even attended her or approached my daughter which was the doctor's established patient.
