Patient beware They wanted a ton of forms signed. I actually took the time to review them. Once basically said our doctors may not be employees of Moffett or Advent Health therefore we are not responsible if they make a mistake It went on to say if your personal possessions are lost or stolen while youre here well were not responsible for that either. I refused to sign the form and they refused to provide care. Do they really care about our health OR making a buck and making the lawyers happy?Never go to a facility with the name Moffett attachedPatient BEWARE

First time here and I am not a fan of their waiting area the chairs are uncomfortable... sitting here for 30 minutes and my butt is numb. Going to be a long 4 hours
