Dr. Saleh preformed a very intense review of a complex spine issue i had. Using x-rays and MIR he was able to explain very clearly the issues that needed correction and the approach he would use. He was very confident in his approach that I should expect complete healing and return to an active life style. His manner provided the encouragement my wife and I needed to go ahead with this very complex procedure. Happy to say rehab is progressing at a good pace; no pain or discomfort following the surgery. Unbelievable!!! Grateful for Dr. Saleh, his staff at NeuSpine Institute and Advent Hospital, Zephyrhills for their great work.

I had a complex spine issue requiring surgery. I’ve had two previous back surgeries and was very concerned. Dr Saleh did his homework, consulted other doctors and ensured all was prepared. Post surgery I immediately felt better. It’s been 20 years since my back felt this good and pain free. I am now nearly a year post surgery and it’s all good. Dr. Saleh was able to diagnose Back problems I had for years. Previous surgery in Wisconsin was not successful. He knew what was needed and got me scheduled quick. I highly recommend, no need not to shop other Surgeons. Thanks to him, I feel 20 years younger!

Dr Saleh performed surgery on me. When I went to him my sciatica was a ten pain and had been for several months. Nothing done before I saw him helped in anyway. When I was able to finally be referred to him he looked at all my tests and determined that I needed surgery. He realized what I was going through and called me and said I needed surgery and I agreed. I was given a date for surgery within a few days. When I was in the recovery room he asked me what my pain was. I told him zero. He asked about the surgery site and I told him that after what I had been going through ît felt like a twinge. I would recommend Dr Saleh to all who have spine problems. He is a great caring surgeon. Thank you so very much Dr Saleh you are my hero.

My experience with Dr Saleh was great he was very thorough and answered all of my questions his staff was awesome on getting me scheduled and handling all of my paperwork I will be referring him to anyone I know that has spinal issues

Last 4th of July weekend I had driven myself to the ER and had to be put in a wheelchair to get into the hospital. I could no longer walk. The surgery from a previous fusion on L5 to S1 had failed. Dr. Saleh was the on call Neurologist that day and that turned out to be great for me. He admitted me, coordinated all the x-rays, MRI, and the other surgeon we would need as he would have to go in from the front, repair the previous surgery, flip me over and repair the other side. 11 hours later I was done. Up walking the next day, zero pain 100% success. I’m one year post op and I am fit to return to all activities. PTL. Zero pain now. I’m now fused from L2-S1. Dr. Saleh and Palestine as well as the office staff have always been helpful, attentive, and professional. I always understood what was done and what I needed to do to insure proper healing. I will continue to refer Dr. Saleh to those I come across needing spinal issue diagnosis and repair.

Dr Saleh and Dr Palestine are awesome. I had three compression fractures in my spine. My surgery was done on March 2nd. Within 2 weeks of my surgery I was off any pain meds and muscle relaxers. It has now been two and a half months since surgery and I am absolutely pain-free. I could not have asked for better doctors than those here at NueSpine Institute in Zephyrhills. Their entire staff were always so courteous, and they took time to answer any and all questions I may have had. They really do treat you like they care. For anyone with back issues, I would suggest they go see Dr Saleh. Keep Up The Great Work !

Excellent surgeon. Explained everything that needed to be done in terms you can understand. Didn't waste my time with things that might work. Got right to the point of what needed to be done. Excellent follow-up to be sure everything was going as planned. I would strongly recommend Dr Saleh for anyone needing help.
