Mona Boghdadi's Online Review Report Card

Ugh! I'd give zero if I could! She requires you come in every quarter and refuses to refill your meds if you don't. EVEN if you're under control with your regimen and have no new needs! This is a churn and burn practice....a primary care physician who sadly is trying to make as much money as possible by making her patients see her (so she can can charge insurance and copays) or refuses medical care, with absolutely NO concern for your overall needs! She does not care about you or your health AT ALL!!! It's only about her take home pay! I'm at an age where I should be getting colonoscopy, mammograms, PAPS.....the full nine! She NEVER recommended or referred me to anyone to fulfill these basic medical needs!!!. I had to threaten her with malpractice when she wasn't refilling my scripts despite being seen by her 3 times in the past 5 months. I have reported her and her practices to the Florida Board of Physicians as well as my insurance company! Please do yourself a favor and find another primary carer physician!!!

I would not recommend using this lady; she does not care about your wellbeing; only about money. This lady wants you to keep coming for visits every 3 months; if you miss an appointment she will not refill your prescription(s). She’s very rude and has a nasty attitude and never listens to your concerns. Very unprofessional person…

I’ve been seeing Dr Boghdadi for a couple of years now, and I cannot recommend her and her staff enough. They’re very accommodating and kind, and Dr Boghdadi is incredibly good at what she does - when seeking treatment, I feel as though she’s partnering with me to make sure I get the best healthcare for my needs. Highly recommend!

Dr B, is a compassionate, caring, amazing doctor!! She always has you're best interest at ❤️ heart. Yes sometimes you have to wait but what Dr office do you NOT have to wait at. I've been going to Dr B every since I moved hear 2017. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

She don’t care you in pain or hurting and sick.. I had bad infection did a test she was on vacation left a sample at office was hurting had go clinic to be seen told me got infection gave me medicine for it then Monday came called doctor for my results they said don’t have infection.. it’s all about her and money.. I’m done with her no wonder one her assistance left her

This doctor is all about money, she doesn’t care about her patients well-being and liability or their health. She will laugh at your problems and share it with her coworkers. She will not call in the prescription before u give her the money. I am out of my medication and I am traveling, but she refuses to call the medication. She only cares about her money ( selfish, careless, mean, and rude.)

This office never ceases to disappoint me. Not only is the front desk staff flippant and dismissive to any of the patient's personal matters but they are arrogant in their responses and attitude. Victoria the main receptionist has been there for years, and I went there for almost 4-5 years, and has always treated me with undermining comments and eye rolls. She has the same attitude as Dr. Boghdadi: entitled to anything they say, regardless of the patients needs or concerns. Not only did Mona refuse my requests, multiple times to help me lower my antidepressants, she doesn't believe me when I tell her about my side affect, saying "you're probably just sensitive." She treats the patients opinions like a joke and has laughed in my face and on the phone about my concerns or comments. My reason for leaving is she UNKNOWINGLY, charged me and my insurance for a removal of a foreign body, (AKA a splinter) for the price of an in-house surgery/procedure. She takes the most expensive route for her patients every time and has no qualms about her own negligence to the medical practice she should be running.

Dr. Boghdadi is very sweet and accommodating. She always gets me right in and I never have to wait long. She remembers things about you and makes you feel cared for. She provides holistic whole body care and makes it easy. Her office and medical staff are super friendly as well. She gives more personalized care then you would receive at larger system affiliated clinics.

Find a doctor who listens to you, not pretends to. Its pretty damned obvious ‘doctor’. Pay more attention to your clients that keep you employed. Will never come here again to say the least.
