The Medical Assistant did not introduce her self which is call (manners). I Believe her name is Laura Aguinaga because that's what I see in the shot record where it says issue by:. She treated my 5 year old like an adult. She needs to be more patient and have different ways of how to communicate and approach kids for them to better understand and follow instructions and not waiting for the parent to intervene and remind her that she was talking to a 5 year old. When i told her I worked as a medical assistant in pediatrics and told her she needs to approach kids in different ways then she kind of stop and realized she wasn't patient with my kid and that I will say something. They do things in a rush and we as parents forget to bring up concerns because we see them in such a rush, that is not a good impression Not impress with the whole visit. The receptionist was polite.

The new protocol for scheduling does not make sense. You can only schedule appointment for the same day. If the time doesn't work, you have to call the next day to schedule. I have never seen any place doing scheduling like this. We have full time jobs and very busy schedules. We don't have time to call in every day to see if there is a time that would work for us. Please change back to a normal scheduling protocol. We would really appreciate it. We have been with Dr. Patel for 13 years.
Pediatric Health care Alliance, This name used to be true. As of now I think the word "Care" needs to be removed because I don't feel they understand the meaning of the word any longer. We have been with them as primary since my kids were born 18 years ago, I am sad to say that Some of the Nurses and front office members at this location are rude. Specifically, the triage Nurse is the worst, she may as well just came out and called me a "Liar". THE WORST experience since 18 years. The service has declined over the years but this was the worst. I am soooo disappointed to say that I am having to look for a different provider after 18 years of taking my 3 kids to this location. They did not even make an effort to understand the issue and maybe suggest an understanding, they did not even seems to care that all 3 of my kids had been with them for 18 + years.
Abysmal customer service. Called, get routed to a call center that transfers you to the office, doesn't relay any info. I hate when people pick up the phone and sound like you're bothering them. Didn't even say goodbye, just hung up.
The best pediatrician clinic, customer services good as well. Erin is so professional and nice.
I love my girls Pediatrician! She's very respectful, so great with both of them (I have a teen and a preschooler). We're so lucky to have her. All of the staff is also very nice and welcoming.
I know that this office has transition and went through a lot of changes but I can say always good, always polite and always professional. I have no issues. Thank you all for the good service!
Dr. Herrygers is AMAZING with the kiddos. My older son is so shy.she makes sure to speak directly to him. Her kind words and awesome personality not only put him at ease, but make him look forward to going to the doctor. She also has a common sense approach which puts me at ease as well. She's awesome at explaining things in a way that we understand. A++++++
