Excellent physician. He carefully explains test results and meaning to me. Thus, while he will be prescribing a medication or action that is necessary to take to cure a problem or illness, he takes his time . Very caring and wonderful physician. He is too giving of his time to each patient and a bit old fashioned in his approach. If he could, I think he would even do housecalls for his patients.

Dr. Kay is the most thorough primary care physician that I have encountered. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. He spends time with you, rather than just rushing on to the next patient and really cares about his patients. That is so refreshing in this age of the Corporate Doctor. He has a scribe make notes of your visit so that you are able to review your visits whener you wish. Since he spends time with each patient, be prepared to wait to be seen. I highly recommend Dr. Kay to anyone

Its a shame that they schedule so many appts in one morning and you have to wait for hours, the staff at reception dont even tell you sorry for the delay or update you on the wait time. My appts were in suite 112 until dr gavino left. staff over there was professional and when they saw you sitting there waiting too long they’ll actually update you with the wait time and apologize.

Always knows what’s wrong. Very sweet. Happy man. The only thing that’s upsetting is I make an appointment and 3 hours later I finally go into the exam room. Even then I mighty wait an hour for him to see me.

1st visit I sat for 2 hours in lobby. Never saw doctor. Reacheduled to give them a 2nd chance. 2nd appointment today at 8:45 a.m. - waited an hour and a half, then told doctor was running behind. I left. Will NOT be back. Would NOT recommend. Dont know how they schedule patients but its not working. Someone needs to revamp their procedure.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Do not ever go to him. The worst doctor and awful staff. He treats his patients with such disrespect. Wait is hours long. Doesn’t know anything and so awful. I’ve never left a bad report about a doctor until now. The absolute worst.
