Ever since they sold out to AdventHealth, this office has gone downhill, fast. I had to continue to call to get someone to review my lab work and this last time I waited to see how long it would take. Labs were done in February 2023, it is now August 2023 and the labs have not been reviewed by one of the doctors and delivered to me. I’m switching to a different practice before my health is compromised.

I saw Dr. Fawaz today and he the was worse doctor ever! He doesn’t belong working in the same clinic with a great physician like Dr. Rosequist! I even had to walk out half way through my appointment due to his irrational behavior and horrible bedside manners. He was generally a very “ angry little man”. I usually follow up with Dr. Rosequist who I’ve seen for 35 years, although he was not available. I came in simply to get my cardiac medications refills ( as Dr. Rosequist has done several times before), and Dr. Fawaz said that’s not his job and went on to question every cardiac medicine I was on and disrespect and badmouth Dr. Rosequist and my cardiologist decisions . I hope they get rid of this provider! Don’t ever see him. Dr. Fawaz is a waste of time and cares nothing about helping patients.

Dr Rosequist is well respected in this area and he is absolutely wonderful. For about the last two years my husband and I have seen his PA Rachel. She is very thorough and listens well.

Im normally one to do reviews, but this took the cake. I need a ppd for school. 1st nurse rubbed in the mantoux into my skin, 2nd nurse tried to give the shot with no gloves and then proceed to give the shot into a layer beyond the intradermal layer. Both shots had no bleb/wheel. I kindly asked that the PA give the 3rd shot, we will see how this works. During the interview for the second shot, the PA tried telling me that perhaps my skin absorbed the medication....wow. You decide future/current patients, do you want your ppd done here.
