Always a good experience in person on the phone with front desk and with the Doctors at Digestive Disease Assoc. They are polite, professional, and have helped me through an extreme healing process from pancreatitis and associated issues.

The doctor is very professional however, I am saddened that he did not return my multiple messages. The office staff thinks very badly of you, and gives evasive replies when you question them.

Don’t go here if you want a headache along with your GI issues. The office staff here and also where they refer you to (Ambulatory Center in Tampa on Fletcher) are incompetent. Not only did they mix up my procedure time, but I had about 4 calls from different associates telling me that they didn’t have my insurance information so they assumed I was self pay even after I clarified and provided them with that info. I later discovered that they had two patient profiles for me, one of which had most of my personal information wrong. I called to cancel any future appointments with them and today I get a voicemail telling me that I have an upcoming appointment and that they need to verify my insurance….. I wish I never called this place to begin with. I should’ve known not to ignore the first red flag when the office associate pronounced “endoscopy” as “end-O-scOpee”.

I don’t know why this office got such bad reviews. Dr. Ahmed is so very kind. The girls in the office are exceptionally nice. Especially Sarah and Brittany. I have been going to this office for 6 years. I have never had any problems or issues

Dr. Narula could not have been nicer upon my first visit. He allayed my fears, was kind, and patient. My procedure was scheduled and went well.

Worse experience ever doctor lied to my face about when he can do my procedure. Kept postponing it without any regard to my health. Billing was more important to them than helping people out. I’m guessing when he made his pledge as a doctor it was also lies.
