I actually really like Dr Jimenez but unfortunately, I will be finding a new Dr for my children. The front desk staff are short and condescending. I agree with another gentlemans review that the wait time at this Dr office is ALWAYS long. My son has a complicated heart condition and sees a Cardiologist 1-2 time per month where he receives an EKG and echo and a regular wellness visit at this office takes just as long if not longer. My son also had open heart surgery a few months back and the hospital didn't require a mask, his cardiologist doesn't but this Dr office does and if you don't have one (cuz who still does?) they charge you for one of theirs, guess they don't make enoughy money from charging our insurance for everything else.... I'm not quite sure where you got your timeline from in regards to my original review but we didn't leave till almost 1:00 p.m. that day. My biggest concern with your response is how you did not address the fact that your front desk staff is ultimately affecting your entire office. I'm not the only one to have commented on their demeanor and behavior. If multiple people are leaving negative reviews about your front desk staff maybe there's a deeper issue that needs to be investigated...

Both excellent doctors. I had my son 7 years ago and I’ll never forget how quick was the doctor to check in at the hospital to make sure everything went well on his arrival. Thankful!

Does not specialize in children with Autistic Disorders. Dr Jimenez indicated that he could NOT provide services at this time but suggested other resources and facilities that would. There was definitely a lack of compassion towards Special Needs children at this establishment. However, he does not provide services for Austism per se but otherwise suggested other alternative solutions.

We liked the doctor very much but because of the front desk lady we don't want to go back there anymore.

Dr. Jimenez and Dr. Silva are hands down the BEST doctors around they are so caring and knowledgeable. I recommend them and their office to everyone!

We started seeing Dr Jimenez in 2020, and I can absolutely say they're one of the best, if not the best doctor in town. The staff are very courteous, very friendly. Whenever something is going on with our child, they are always there ready to see us for appointments. The care and concern from both Dr Jimenez and Dr Silva are genuine. They truly care about our welfare. During the pandemic, they gave us more information than what we can see on t.v. Even after the pandemic, they are still generous in updating us with new information. As a parent, when my daughter got Covid, I was on a panic mode, I worried too much but I'm thankful for both Dr Jimenez and Dr. Silva that they were there to support us emotionally.They provided us information on how to handle the situation better, on how we can be safer inside the house. We are grateful, we are blessed to have them, and we're not going to change pediatrician at all.

Me and my wife love the doctor but every time we go it’s an hour wait or more! It doesn’t matter if you come early for your appointment. His staff is awful and scheduling is terrible. (This is not the first time). She had a 10:30 appointment and arrived at 10:15. It’s almost 12 now and she still has not seen the nurse for our babies shots!! Plan to be there for 3 to 4 hrs!

Even though they are listed as a participating provider they are not accepting any patients with my insurance and haven't updated their panel to reflect this. They simply turned me away and told me to call my provider. Update: I will not remove this 1-star review as the phone service (shown below) that I received was terrible; no explanation, no compassion, and so rude. *Ring-Ring* SWP: "CHEERFUL GREETING" 😁 Me: Hi, my child's insurance has your office listed as the PCP and I'd like to schedule an appointment.😁 SWP: *Politely requests child's insurance information😁* - We aren't taking patients with this insurance.😑 Me: 😯But this is what the insurance assigned, they would assign a place that doesn't take my insurance?🤔 SWP: I don't know what the insurance does, but we aren't taking these new patients.🙄😒 Me:🤨 But this isn't a new patient they are supposed to be active since September, and are supposed to be registered as a patient. I just received my card and was trying to make the intake appointment.🤨 I don't understand why the office listed as the PCP is refusing the patient. 🤨What is going on? SWP: 🙄Well, you're just gonna have to call your insurance, because they're not going to be seen here. 😒We haven't been taking those patients for months.😏 There's nothing more I can do for you ma'am. Me: So the insurance made a mistake in assigning this office? 🤯 SWP: 🙄You need to call your insurance ma'am. We are not the insurance company.
