Dr.Jimenez is amazing. He’s super sweet & so informative with any questions I have with my 2 month old baby. Everyone there acknowledges you are greet you. 10/10 best pediatrician !

The office staff is very friendly when you first arrive; however, our experience changed significantly when concerns arose regarding my son's care. I originally switched to this practice only because my insurance was no longer covering our previous pediatrician. As a parent, my priority is ensuring my child receives the best possible medical care, which is why I sought a second opinion when I had concerns. One comment made during our visit questioning whether I cared about my son was particularly upsetting and unprofessional. I care deeply about my child's health and well-being, and I found that interaction both hurtful and inappropriate. After receiving a second opinion, I felt confident that it was the right decision for my son's care. I have since returned to the pediatric practice that previously cared for him, and I am grateful for the support, guidance, and resources they provide to help me make informed decisions about his health. Every family's experience may be different, but based on our experience, this office was not the right fit for us.

10/10 recommend. Both of my kids have been coming here since they were born. The attention to detail and care is unmatched. Courtney is the best. She is so sweet and patient with the kids. She converted my daughter from being scared to being excited to get checked! Dr. Jimenez is one of a kind. He goes above and beyond in office or even makes sure to help after hours when in a panic. I made the best choice by choosing him when I gave birth to my daughter and I highly recommend him to everyone I know.

5/5 experience!!! I took my 12 month old son for a new patient exam as we needed a new pediatrician since we moved to Wesley Chapel. I came to the appointment with my hands full, my toddler's snacks flying, milk spilling (you get the idea) and they treated me with such kindness. The staff was so lovely and helped me get settled. Dr. Jiminez was so caring and gentle. My son threw an absolute tantrum but they handled it with grace and made me feel calm. I am so happy to have found this practice for our son! 10000% recommend :)

Recently changed pediatric offices for both my kids. This office is really kind, doesn't push anything on you as a parent and lets you make informed decisions that are best for your family. I appreciated the kindness from the entire staff from the front to the Dr's. Highly recommend. I did however have to edit my rating the wait time to be seen has become such a problem. I've been here for an hour and she still hasn't been seen - this has consistently been an issue. I'm a working mom taking time out of my day to come here it should not take this long with an appointment it's incredibly inconvenient...

Words cannot express how much we love this office. Dr. Jimenez and Dr. Silva have taken care of our son Wyatt since he was a newborn. They have always been easy to reach and extremely attentive. We are so sad to have to part ways as we just moved to Michigan. A big thank you to the entire staff at Small World! Because of you guys, we will have the HARDEST time finding another office that can fill your shoes. ❤️

I am not liking the delay to attend the patient. My kids have been to Dr. Jimenez for almost 2 years now. They usually take an hour for doctor to check on patients. Though it was time taking I thought it will be the same at all clinics. But, today was the worst, they really tested my patience. We were there for my 2 year old flu vaccine booster dose only, there was no doctor visit. They had us waiting for an hour. I was literally handling my toddler’s tantrums in a room just to get a shot. I am not sure if they take same amount of time for all but I am not going to waste my time sitting in a room for a flu shot. The staff needs to learn about time management and value everybody’s time

Disregard the negative reviews, some people are just impatient & inconsiderate. This office got my son in same day! Tonya was training I believe her name was Sophie or Sophia and they both were great, welcoming and helpful. Courtney stayed after hours to get me a nebulizer my son needed immediately because CVS was out of stock, I’m so grateful for her, I wanted to give her a HUGE HUG!! Dr Jimenez is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient, I would definitely recommend him. Not one time was I disappointed. Thank you all for helping me with my son!! Very much appreciated.

My daughter was scheduled to see Dr. Silva today at 9am. We were there early to fill out any paperwork. 9:30am rolls around and I had asked the kind lady, Marlene, at the front desk if there was any kind of issue or delay. Marlene calls to the back, only to find that the doctor I was scheduled to see was not even in the building. I know physicians are able to see their schedule. If they don't want to show up to work that early, they should block themselves from those appts. Not only is it rude, but it's extremely unprofessional to keep a patient waiting longer than 30 minutes. I am unsure when the doctor would have arrived to work because we left around 9:35 a.m. Unfortunately when we had our one year checkups the year prior, we also waited fairly long. After coming to read some of the reviews, it appears that other patrons have experienced the same. We will not be coming back and I encourage others to find a pediatrician that respects their patient's time.

Dr. Jimenez is such a wonderful Doctor! He really cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond for our family! I trust him with our daughter’s care and I’m so glad we picked him as our daughter’s physician! So lucky to have him! His Medical Assistant/Nurse Courtney is a rock star! I also have to give props to his office manager Tanya(I hope I spelled that right) she’s really holds the staff and patients down, she is direct and to the point which I personally appreciate. 10/10 would recommend! Ps.I know how hard it can be to run a private practice and be a fantastic doctor and Small World does it so elegantly.
