Not a pleasant experience. Felt like a case for our 4 year old not a patient. Dirty office, waited 45 mins for scheduled 4 year shots to be told they don’t have them all. Will not take my child there ever again.

Dr. Raguthu is such a phenomenal Pediatrician. She will literally make it her business to call, even in the evening, to check on my daughter. As she did just last night. She actually cares and when she see's my daughter in office she remembers her by name. We have been coming to her for years and we love her dearly!

We have been coming to Dr. Raguthu since we moved here seven and a half years ago. Love that she speaks directly to my daughter versus only with me. My daughter is super comfortable with her. Last night we called after hours and Dr.Raguthu was amazing. FaceTimed her to see how she was feeling and called in a script immediately. Also, her front office is amazing.

It was very stressful finding a doctor for my premie baby and I’m so happy I found Dr. Raguthu. She is very thorough and has a genuine love for kids. Also it’s a big plus that the staff is never-changing. Its always the same two ladies who are incredible as well.

My recent experience with Tendercare Pediatric office was awful. To begin with, they overcharged me for a simple routine well visit, which immediately raised concerns about their billing practices. When I decided to call their billing department for clarification, I was met with astonishingly rude and sarcastic behavior from the person on the other end of the line. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, they condescendingly remarked that visiting the doctor's room doesn't grant me the right to know what I'm being charged for. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also completely unacceptable in the realm of healthcare billing. Patients have every right to expect transparency regarding the costs associated with their medical visits. The disrespectful tone and lack of assistance from their billing representative left me deeply disappointed, and I ultimately decided to switch my children's primary doctor because this wasn't the first time I had to deal with such issues.

My family and I moved to Wesley Chapel from New York City. We are full aware of the type of quality care from pediatricians. Dr Raguthu is great! She is very personal and cares for your little ones. She is very easy to communicate with and we're so happy to have found her. My newborn will be going to be seeing her moving forward. She takes the time to accommodate your busy schedule and fits you in for those emergencies where other doctors wouldn't. Her assistant pediatrician is also great and that makes this place a win-win! Dr Raguthu was there for my family and I when we needed her for an emergency. Thank you!!!
