I went there for a mammogram. My doctor referred me to them. The service was excellent. I highly recommend them and will definitely select them for all of my radiology needs.

Terrible. When I show up for my scheduled appointment I am told they do not have my orders . Well I spent 20 minutes on the phone with one of their representatives scheduling an appointment all the necessary information with her. What happened to it?I was told to call my physician's office and get the orders sent over.Why do I have to cal? You guys are the ones who lost their originals . So I reschedule an appointment. Been on the phone all morning trying to confirm before I go there. No such luck ...no one ever answers the phone at the Wesley Chapel facility. I don't know how they stay in business.

A lot of issues. Scheduling requires an hour on hold. Day of appointment CT was broken but didn’t call me. No CT. They did not call to reschedule when fixed. When I drove up to reschedule they said they only do it by phone. The older women are bossy, self stressed and take it out on you and the younger women are typical of this generation….slow, don’t seem to care about literally anything. I asked about if their CTs were low dose but she didn’t know and the person who would was at lunch. You are not allowed to ask a single question without signing in. That discussion and hostility from her took 3 minutes while the question and answer would have lasted 10 seconds. If that’s how you want to be treated and experience then this is your dream place.

Trying to get an appointment for 3 days. They put me on hold for over 25 minutes and then transferred me to biopsy department to make an appointment. No one answers or returns call. I have left a message for 3 days to make an appointment. ne picks up phone and gave to leave a message. It has been 3 days and 3 messages waiting for an appointment.

The parking & location were convenient, facility was clean, service was quick and everyone I encountered was wonderful! Make the appointment!

If this is run Tampa General Hospital I will not go there! No one answers the phone anywhere especially appointments and website problems. This is the sorriest place I have seen in a long time. Took two months get MRI scheduled they shoved me into a little hole. I have had them before this was the smallest one I have been shoved into. My MD got only one report sent to her there were two? I figure the only way to get a human is to drive over there and stand at the desk until I get a person with a brain and heartbeat that can speak English. Go elsewhere!
