I can never get an appt if it’s not 2-3 months in advance. Couldn’t set up a tb test read in the same week which literally takes 5 minutes to do. The doctors and staff are great though. Also expect to wait 30-45 min after your appt time

I am completely appalled by my experience on Wednesday, June 23rd 2021 with a specialist referred by TGMG Wesley Chapel. I have been a patient for several years and I have normally loved their services (TGMG…this was NOT my specialist’s fault)When I walk to check in to my dermatologist office across the street, they say “Yeah…you’re gonna need to call your provider to send over a referral because we’ve tried reaching them all week and haven’t gotten anything”.My dermatologist apparently tried for SEVERAL days to get a referral and nothing happened. So, while waiting in the derm office, I had to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes while the front desk did the same. I even drove across the street to get the referall in person to see if it would be faster. I was supposed to be seen at 8:15 by my dermatologist and it is now 9:30.Also, in this location, wait times are horrendous. Why make an appointment when all the doctors are just going to be running an hour behind anyways?Overall, horrible service and I’m going to find a new doctor ASAP.

The worse place ever! I had appointment at 8, I came at 7:40, no staffs here until 8:05, the registration lady came without apologizing.

Can never get through to the dr and when Walgreens tries to refill a script they never get a response! The staff socks and never tells dr you have questions y.im extremely diabetic and haven't had my test equipment or medication for 2 months and can't get a answer from them and get hung up on when trying to talk to dr about it

If I could give them a minus I would. I came in as a new patient and had a cough and sore throat. I was Covid tested 2 days ago and it was negative. This office—a doctors office—refused to see me because I was sick! They said to come back in 2 weeks when I’m feeling better to make an appointment. Then they sent me an after visit summary and it it it stated that I left prior to being seen. Umm—that’s a lie. They refused to see me. Unbelievable.

They disregard their appointments and make you wait from 1 to 3 hrs.

They could work on their wait times and scheduling but overall very friendly staff and great doc such as stephanie, and the PA is also awesome. The female one, she’s a cutie 👍🏽

I don’t find this practice to be professional. They should turn themselves into a walking clinic because they have no regards for time. Appointments mean nothing. They call you whenever they want.

I like to share my experience with dr. Elizabeth Poe. My name is Michael stonehocker and dr. Poe is my doctor. I feel she is very exceptional as a doctor and a person. She has integrity and character that I don't see too often in other doctors. She goes beyond just recommending what I need. I feel she has a passion in the medical field. She listens to my complaints and is very helpful with finding a solution to my issues. I am so grateful to have her as my doctor thank you so much Doctor Poe your patient Michael stonehocker.

My husband and I were not very happy with a previous Physicians group . We found this group . We are so elated for the wonderful experience. The staff are very professional and appears that everything runs smoothly . Wait room wait time 15-20 minutes tops . Also with waiting for the Dr. Dr Roberson is wonderful . She's patient , explains everything to you and is thorough. Everyone is friendly and calm and great you with a smile. My husband and I feel very comfortable having them in our lives knowing that our next experience will be the same as the first . 😊
