She has never left feeling as if she didn’t care. Personally I love het. Never let me down

I go to her because just doesn’t just give u medicine she knows what she talking about Straight to the point She might be abrupt but that’s because she trying to help all of her patients which are many. Some need more time than others. I trust and now a days it’s hard to fine one that u can trust

Don't walk, run away from this "doctor" until it's too late. She is horrible doctor who is not listening, always in a hurry, with horrible bedside manners. She does not take time to hear you out. Important info, such as hospital admission, doesn't stick with her. She doesn't even care to ask the reason for it. She is a pure example of a doctor who seems to hate her job. Stay away. No wonder she always accepts new patients and rarely has wait time to see her.

Dr. Mardo has been our family physician for many years and she is a consummate professional! She is the most caring, nice and compassionate physician we know. She listens carefully and patiently. She is also very clear in her diagnosis and proposed courses of treatment. We have even recommended her to friends and acquaintances who could not be happier with their experience with Dr Mardo.

Beware of Dr. Mardo! She is extremely rude, arrogant, and cold. She does not have any professional bed-side mannerisms. Instead she appears that she is "better than you". Although, I'd been going to her for years it is quite obvious she doesn't look at your chart or know the reason for your visit. Within 2 minutes of meeting for my yearly follow-up, she advised that I needed to go on a diet. She started writing down the Mediterranean Diet, etc. Mind you, my BMI was within the normal range for a 5'0 128lbs, 29yo Female. Without asking what my diet/intake looked like she automatically assumed that I ate a lot of fast food (her direct words). She went on to imply that I had HTN due poor diet and lack of exercise, although if she looked at my chart she would've known I have strong family hx of HTN, HDL, and DM. After telling her that I have a well-balanced diet and exercise regularly. She still was overly concerned about my appearance and was judgmental. I myself as a Master's level Mental Health professional, was extremely bothered by her comments and demeanor. More importantly, Dr. Mardo's comments could lead someone to engage in disordered eating habits (binge, purge, etc.) or body-image issues due to her comments. I will not be returning to see her every again, FMC please consider training/educating her.

Dr Mardo is very thorough and always spot on in her diagnosis!

When i first start seeing her i felt like she cared. Well to make a long story short. She prescribed me medicine that broke my entire body out in hives. How do i know because i had a biopsy done. Well when i told her about it, she did not even want to see how bad my body broke out, all she did was prescribed me a different medication. Did i get the new medication filled? Of course not. I went home that day and started looking for a new Doctor. She might not care about my rash/hives all over my body, but i do. How in the heck do you prescribe new medicine when you dont look to see what the previous caused.

Stay away from Dr. Mardo. She is simply horrible. From all doctors I have ever interacted with, Dr. Mardo is the worst. She is primary care doctor at Florida Medical and you would hope she would prepare for her patients' visits. Not the case. On hospital follow up visits she had no clue why her patient of 2 years were in front of her. Yes, I've been her patient for 2 year and been seeing regularly due to my health conditions. She never attempted to get into history and determine what causing the issue. She always was late and in a hurry, unprepared. Last drop was her poor communication skills and no interest in reviewing the interaction of very serious medications recently added by specialist with the current ones. Even pharmacist questioned it, but not Dr. Mardo. She is not approachable. Very short and rude. She does NOT care about her patience and you can clearly see she is just doing her job without enjoying what she is doing. Stay away from her. There is a reason why she is always accepting new patients - she is the worst! Shame on Florida Medical Clinic to have such physician!

She did not care about patients at all. She did not take the time to listen to what I needed to say. She was also extremely rude, cold, and arrogant. I will not be coming back. I felt disrespected, and she even left the room without saying anything. By far the worst appointment I have ever had. I am truly upset to experience something like this.
