He's been my doctor for almost 20 years that should say it all
Staff are courteous and attentive . Dr. Shah takes time to listen and answer all your questions you might have. He does not rush through the visit. He explains any new prescriptions and what they do.
Front desk staff has been rude to me multiple times. I ran out of anti-depressant meds and Janae and Dr. shah had absolutely no empathy or sense of urgency in getting me back on the pill even after I expressed the negative side effects that I experience stopping cold turkey. I’ve spoken to other practitioners who have agreed their response was unnecessary and unethical. Although I waited 15 min after my appointment for Janae to join the televisit, the appt itself took 3 minutes (I’m not exaggerating) with no PHQ9, no anxiety assessment, and no questions about my mental health at all. The cherry on top was my RX wasn’t sent to my pharmacy until the end of the day leaving me unable to pick up my meds until 5 days after running out. Dr. shah called me to leave his "personal phone number" but when I called, it directed to a woman, I think her name was Katrina, who was surprisingly rude yet again when I asked when Dr. shah would be back in. I'm changing providers… I'm convinced they ask everyone can to give them a good Google review TLDR; they take the care out of healthcare. STAY AWAY Edit: notice how in his reply Shah takes 0 accountability and blames me for not requesting meds sooner and for the rudeness of his staff… Dr. Shah CHOSE to require an appointment before even giving me a single med. And even after meeting, there was no sense of urgency. Additionally, I did call the answering service and they rudely told ME to call back when you’re in. This practice left me, a patient for YEARS, unattended and unaddressed much longer than necessary. It’s that simple. Time to swallow your pride, take accountability, and actually listen so you can improve the shortcomings of your office.
The best doctor I have seen by far. I highly recommend Dr. Shah!
Friendly, thorough and professional.
Front desk staff has been rude to me multiple times. I ran out of anti-depressant meds and Janae and Dr. shah had absolutely no empathy or sense of urgency in getting me back on the pill even after I expressed the negative side effects that I experienced stopping cold turkey. Very unnecessary and very unprofessional. I complained and Dr. shah reached out with his "personal phone number" only for that to direct to the front desk who were extremely rude yet again. I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY Edit: notice how in his reply Shah takes 0 accountability and blames me for not requesting meds sooner and for the rudeness of his staff... He chose to require an appointment (which was a 2 min call where I shared 0 info) before even giving me a single med. For a non-addictive SSRI, I could have easily been written a small script, so I wouldn't have to go cold turkey. Additionally, I did call the answering service and they told ME to call back. Although he said I got my meds in 3 days, that is incorrect. My RX was sent to my pharmacy at the end of the day after my televisit, and wasn't filled until the next day, leaving me without medication for a whole 5 days AFTER REACHING OUT. Shah left me, a patient for YEARS, unattended and unaddressed. It's that simple. Take some accountability.
Dr. Shah and his NP are great, it's the fron desk staff that is suspect
Dr Shah is kind and listen to all your concerns. I am using his facilty for a while now. I understand some of the receptionist may sound rude but they are busy lol..
Friendly and knowledgeable staff Timely Good amt of time given to the patient and addressed and answered questions
Very good

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
