Crazy! May 12th, 2021, Me, an 84 year old USMC Veteran was in Melbourne, Florida home hospice care after being operated on and diagnosed by this urologist. The home hospice care in Florida had made an appointment and transported me from my home to Dr. Saracino's office at his request to remove and replace an old folly tube that he left in my bladder since March,10, 2021 and because of his scheduling ...

I took my Down syndrome son to Him. He was 55 at the time. The Dr was wonderful With him and my daughter who helps me care for him.
Beware!
Dr Saracino seemed like he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I would not reccomend him. Sorry
The office staff was wonderful to my wife after just moving down from NY. Her surgery was set up right away to take care of a large kidney stone. Dr. Saracino made sure she was comfortable took the time to listen to my wife’s concerns.
One year ago I Woke up mid surgery To him yelling at me to wake up and nurses being rough with me and rude I was barely coming to and they were asking me so many questions as I was confused. I was in pain and crying and they just kept yelling at me. I don’t know what happened while I was asleep but will never go there again. He seems to have an extremely short fuse...And horrible bedside care. Even in office he kind of shrugs you off and devalues what you’re talking about almost to shut you up before you even begin to discuss concerns. I should’ve known better before I went into surgery for them to look at my bladder. If a zero was possible I would have chosen that. My 86 year old grandpa has lung damage from covid and they said a face shield wasn’t appropriate and made him wear a mask (he did this no problem) then made him wait OVER AN HOUR after his appointment time and still hadn’t called him back. After an hour and 15 mins they called him back for a urine sample, the. Put him back in the waiting room! Then he asked to leave because he was so out of breath and was so tired so we left, then I called the doctors office after to see what the hell the issue was and they HUNG UP ON ME 3 times !!!! This practice has male practice written all over it. I have half a mind to report him to the medical board. He should be embarrassed his practice is ran like that. Referred for BPH. After exam, he said I need to have a test done, checkout would set up, out he went. No chance for questions. I saw him in the hall so I asked a question. He answered in the open where others could hear. He then turned and went on to next patient. At checkout, the attendant said he ordered four tests! He never mentioned additional tests (some of which are a bit invasive). I research and wonder what these tests have to do with my condition and then sought a 2nd opinion. My general doctor (who did not refer me to Saracino) told me what I thought: the additional tests aren’t usually used for the condition I have. I’m displeased: doctor is in a rush to get to the next patient; he is not up front regarding treatment; he doesn’t include you in planning your own care; it was rude for him to speak of my condition in a hallway. Also, at check in, I asked some specific questions about the forms they have you fill out as a new patient. Unbelievably, the attendants couldn't answer questions about the content of THEIR forms. They said, just answer the questions and sign. Wrong answer and quite inconsiderate as well. If you want to be involved in your own care, this doctor isn’t the one to go to. I will not return. Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
