Dr Castellon was highly, highly recommended. I was ready to exchange my 21 yr old saline implants. I felt at ease the moment my husband and I met with him. Dr Castellon explained everything thoroughly. I had a little anxiety on the day of the surgery. The surgery center and anesthesiologist were great. The anesthesiologist gave me a little something for my anxiety. Dr Castellon was very kind. Confident and reassuring when he arrived to see me and mark me for surgery. Post op recovery was much much easier than I ever expected. The next day when they unwrapped me I was so happy. They are so full and great cleavage. My results are perfect. My breasts are exactly what we hoped for. They are full, perfect, perky and even. I did choose a large size from my original 360cc implants. Dr. Castellon and his team are beyond amazing!! They are with you every step of the way! I am so happy with my results. I had that annoying mommy belly I just couldn’t get rid of so I went to see Dr. Castellon and he worked his magic! They have an app you can communicate with them on if you have any questions after your surgery and you can even send pictures on it if you are unsure of something. They encourage you to ask questions so you can be completely educated on whatever you are having done. Something I love a lot is that they have the most calming music in every room! I had the absolute best possible experience with Dr. Castellon! I was 19 at the time of my surgery, I got a breast reduction, he took me from a 36 G to a 34 C with very small scars. From start to finish I had a FABULOUS experience. Dr Castellon took my disaster and made it better than I could have ever imagined. He is truly an artist and genuinely cared about my happiness! All these poor reviews have to be from people who don't understand simple directions and have unrealistic expectations. Dr Castellon is honest and truly cares about patient satisfaction. His whole staff is caring, helpful and supportive along the way and after. I will definitely return to him before even thinking twice about another PS. Brevard county is lucky to have him! Very caring Dr and staff. Recommend highly.

I went to Dr Castellon in Jan of 2019 for breast reconstruction. It should have been a 2 operation and finish in 6 months but took him 6 operations and almost 2 years. Infections were the first problems (which he didn’t look at cultures for 4 days so I was in the wrong antibiotic for those extra days). Gave me a hematoma (which an infectious disease Dr had to tell me about and Castellon said he knew I had already). He popped an expander. Put an additional scar on me that he didn’t tell me he was going to put so I’m cut across and under both breasts. Off center cleavage which he said he would fix but didn’t. Then after the final surgery when I questioned him on what to expect, he literally cussed me out. Told me I was turning into a cosmetic B*#ch and I need to stop busting his F#€%ing balls. Talk about surprised! Not even two days out of surgery and to be treated like this?! He has issues. I pray anyone seeing him goes for a second opinion.

After having a double mastectomy in April of 2019, Dr. Castellon performed reconstruction. After 2 months of not healing on one side, he did a debridement. He had the culture results for 4 days before he finally put me on the right antibiotics. Then I admitted myself to the hospital for 5 days and was on IV antibiotics. He took the expander out 2 weeks later. I was bruised so badly and had a hematoma. ...

Dr. Castellon is a professional and knowledgeable plastic surgeon in the Melbourne, FL area. He has excellent bed-side manners and takes the time to understand what you are looking to achieve. I am pleased with my results and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Castellon is Brevard's Best Kept Secret! I didn't know that there was such an outstanding plastic surgeon right here in Brevard. My husband had been talking about getting me a breast lift for a couple of years. I eventually asked my GYN for a recommendation for a plastic surgeon, and he gave me Dr. Castellon's name. I called the office for a consultation and I spoke with the office manager, Barbara, and she chatted with me for quite awhile before I was given a date to come in, which was right away. The staff there is amazing! They are all professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and in this COVID crisis, they're following the CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe! My husband and I met with Dr. Castellon and he was so professional and showed us pictures and explained the whole breast lift procedure to us. He answered all of our questions, and we both felt very comfortable with him. He did not pressure us at all and told us to think about it and that when/if we were ready to go ahead, we could call and schedule a procedure date. On the day of the procedure, all of the staff working at the surgery center were also amazing. They explained everything they were doing. The anesthesiologist met with me and explained everything and answered my questions. Then I met with Dr. Castellon and he answered any questions I had. He is very calming. I felt safe in his hands. It's been 2 months since I had my procedure and I look and feel fantastic! I have the breasts of an 18 year old. I also went back to have a BBL treatment on my face and this treatment cleared my skin up of a few dark spots that I had. It also makes my skin supple and youthful. I get so many compliments on how great I look. No one can believe that I am going to be 60 at the end of the month. I've been told that I could pass for 40! This practice offers so many different procedures that I'm thinking of becoming a VIP member! I can't say enough about Dr. Castellon and his staff. Spread the word! Thank you!!!!!
