Would not respond to requests to help order a catheter change out. Ended up in the patient nearly going septic and almost dying.

No response over a week regarding an elderly patient needing a catheter changed out. The last time this happened the patient developed a serious UTI that almost went septic and was nearly fatal. Can't get a response to help from his office and he is the supervising physician. Nowhere to go except to complain publicly.

Dr. Prody was quick to determine patients overactive bladder problems as it pertained to Parkinson’s. In addition, illustrated onscreen findings, removed stone which was sent to lab for further evaluation, and prescribed safe meds to build up bladder wall strength. Immediately scheduled patient for partial Prostate removal. Very impressed with his technical medical experience and look forward to Prostate resolution. Plus his office is dynamic assisting all types of schedules and have compassion for Patient Care! July 11, 2023

Poor service waited 30 minutes to get into Exam room another 30 minutes to see {Dr. 5 minutes)asked what was wrong and told him problem.He said we will do some testing leaving believe that it would be today Wrong after another 45 minutes lady came in and said lets set you up for an appointment to get a test.I paid my deductible and left with me telling them about the poor service Called my insurance company and asked them not to pay for the visit which they said they would. everyone Do Not Waste Your Time Going Here. Just my option

3 referrals - no follow ups from referred - last referral does not accept UH per my follow up - terrible office staff communications - waste of time and money

After seeing numerous urologists and being misdiagnosed for 10 years, Dr Prody was able to correctly diagnose me With Intersistial Cystitis With Hunner’s Ulcers just within the first few visits. His treatment plan for me has given me my life back! He may be gruff and blunt but I don’t need a doctor to coddle me; just listen to my concerns and know how to treat me is all I need.

Never! ever! on time. 8:00 am appointment for an ultrasound for kidney stones, then 8:30 appointment to see doctor. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and was told the computers were not working as everyone in the office was working on their computers and other patients being seen. It's like this every! single! appointment. No respect at all for patients schedule.

I wish I could give him —000 stars;;first time seen an urologist for having high PSA levels and he talked to me about having a turp done to my prostate ;;he was almost 100%sure I had cancer and on my third visit he wanted to give me an appointment for my biopsy;there’s when I decided to see another doctor and I’m so glad I did;the other doctor did everything step by step;from rectal exam to MRI and finally thank God I didn’t have anything;;please have a second opinion before you do anything with dr Prodromos ;;
