Dr. Novo performed a tummy tuck with a muscle repair and a breast lift back in August, and I am in love with the results. My 26-year-old daughter had acne scars on her face and, after checking online, I convinced her to see Dr Novo. She told her the scars were easy to improve and she went through a peeling-laser treatment with her. Very little information was given to her before or after. She lives now out of town, and after 6 months, her face looks so much worse. Her acne came back (after years), and although my daughter called Dr Novo several times for a virtual appointment, the assistant would just tell her to go see a dermatologist or to fly back for an appointment. We were extremely disappointed by her inefficiency and her lack of communication. I would not recommend Dr Novo to anyone. Dr. Novo just performed an excision on my shoulder blade due to a previous skin biopsy coming back unfavorable. Not only was she extremely professional and kind, but when I first saw the incision it nearly brought tears to my eyes; it was done with such precision and expertise. I have a history of melanoma and have had this procedure done 9 other times by at least 4 other doctors, the results and incisions don't even come close to Dr. Novo’s work. It's a silly thing when you become excited about how beautiful a scar is going to be but I'm beyond thrilled with it. Thank You, Dr. Novo. I had a CO2 laser and eyelid surgery. I am absolutely delighted with the results!!! My boyfriend said I look ten years younger. I just love the appearance of my skin now. I would definitely recommend Dr. Novo.
