It has been half a year since I became a patient of Dr. Volo, who came highly recommended by a friend who formerly worked for NYU Langone. I’m glad that I followed this recommendation because Dr. Volo has undoubtedly been the most exceptional doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing. She is not only an incredible professional, but a wonderful human being. Unlike any doctor I have encountered before, Dr. Volo genuinely cares about my well-being. She attentively listens to me and remembers every detail of our previous conversations and proactively follows up with me to ensure that I am progressing in the right direction towards better health. What sets Dr. Volo apart is her unwavering dedication to her patients. She consistently honors her appointments and I have never had to wait in line. Which really impresses me because she never treats her patients as transactions; instead, she devotes the necessary time to attentively address their concerns and provide comprehensive care. I am grateful to have found Dr. Volo as my primary doctor, as I am confident that I will never come across someone as professional and caring as her. If you are seeking to establish a strong rapport with your primary doctor and discover someone who genuinely prioritizes your well-being, I wholeheartedly urge you to schedule an appointment with Dr. Volo. After all the PCPs I have dealt with, Dr. Volo is definitely the best! She makes sure to take the time to listen to you, is very responsive on the provider chat, and will work with you to meet your health goals. She’s very direct, but makes sure to deliver the message in a way that doesn’t make you feel bad about yourself. 100% recommend her for anyone looking for a new PCP!

I came to Dr Volo this year after a friend had highly recommended her. I was super anxious, having not seen a doctor in quite some time. However, Dr Volo made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment we started talking. She patiently listened to everything I have been going through for the last few years. I felt very comfortable sharing my story with her. She gave me a level of trust I hadn’t experienced in the health world. She really cared. Since seeing Dr. Volo, I’ve been motivated to take care of my well being. I’m truly grateful to have such a caring GP so close to home!

I have just moved down to West Palm Beach and needed a new Primary Care physician. I was very lucky to find Dr. Volo. Dr. Volo is very, very compassionate and extremely thorough. She viewed me as a whole patient and not just a symptom. I have never felt so comfortable on a first visit to any physician's office. She is an extraordinary and caring physician!
