Poor Customer Service. Never Answer ; The Front Receptionist Makes it Really Hard For You To Communicate Or Make Appointments Im Very Disappointed .

Simple, He is THE BEST

Front office woman who never even gave me her name told me no matter how far I try to book in advance that the only appointments they have are 9 am and 9:30 am. That she does other office stuff until 4:30pm that why it says they’re open but they don’t do appointments after 9:30am! Never heard of such a thing! She was rude and not understanding at all. Made my first appointment when I was working. I told her that several times when she was booking the appointment, suffice to say I obviously couldn’t be there and she obviously didn’t care and was very flighty. Won’t be going here, sorry doc get better help and have more availability then two appointments a day!

He’s amazing!!! When my doctor had the weekend off and handed my case over to Dr Tomaselli, it was a moment of panic, especially being a high risk case but Dr Tomaselli came in and put us immediately at ease. I ended up going into labor and Dr Tomaselli and the nurses did an amazing job delivering our baby. I could not have asked for a better Doctor! From my experience, I would recommend him to anyone looking.

I am a physician. After visiting all the large OB-Gyn office groups over the years and feeling like another number in line, my wife chose Dr. Tomaselli. He was awesome as was Rosa his office manager. He was generous with his time and was gentle and his guidance and knowledge was superb! You will not be disappointed, you will be happy with his care!

I am a new patient of Dr. Tomaselli, he has been very helpful and he was able to answer all of my questions which has never done with my previous OBGYN I like the fact that he actually took time to hear all of my concerns. His office manager (Rosa) has been very amazing with the whole new patient process! I highly recommend Dr. Tomaselli to anyone !

Dr. Tomaselli is a fantastic doctor with impressive knowledge of genetics, fertility, and overall health. Rosa who runs the office is diligent and helpful. I never have to worry if I will hear back or won't get enough time with my doctor to cover any concerns. I was nervous leaving my previous OBGYN in Fort Lauderdale and am very happy I found this office.

Absolutely disappointed to find out during preregistration for my delivery Dr Tomaselli lost his privilege (all HCA hospitals) and doesn’t bother to let his patients know. Keep setting up appointments, charging delivery fee a head... what a morale standers and compassion to his patients. Their billing practice and refunding is a joke. Recommendation to everyone keep all recipes, write down each visit and always double check with yr insurance. Rossa will bill different numbers to you and different to insurance. Make believe you dont know basic math.

Dr.Tomaselli and his staff are simply the best there is! I feel so lucky to have had my daughter delivered by him and can honestly say it was the exact experience I was hoping for from start to finish! I highly highly recommend him and would give more stars if I could.
