Had covid rapid test 1/10/2022 told results would be ready in 1 hour never received results. Paid $119 and called 3 times with no response. Still don't have results. Do yourself a favor and find another place for testing and save your money.

A friend of mine recommended Arcpoint Labs for a PCR test because I needed to get quick test results in order to travel. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The enrollment process was very quick, you just scan a code and fill out some forms online. The lab people were also very friendly and had a great attitude even though they were really busy.I cannot recommend this location enough. If you are fed up with Quest Diagnostics, give this place a try. You will be greeted with a smile and made to feel important.

What a waste of time! Unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount for a $10 test. Don’t go here. Be warned. You must have an appointment for a $0 fee rapid Covid test. But available appointments are 7 days out, which means pointless if you suspect you have been exposed! No wonder Florida is having such a huge outbreak. Without affordable reliable testing solutions, people will unknowingly continue to infect others. And, no doubt people are going to die as a result! Btw- There are free tests being done just down the street at Gaines Park. PCR and Antigen. Drive through, and no appointment needed.

Was able to get quick tests, but after a year have not been able to get reimbursed from our insurance company because they have not provided the basic information needed despite many phone calls and emails. We ended up paying hundreds of dollars up front with zero reimbursement. Every phone call our email ends with a promise to provide the information later, but is never followed up on. Very frustrated.

Walk ins accepted and you can fill out your paperwork online, prior to arrival. Swab is chemical free and only collects mucus just inside the nostrils, not way up in sinuses. Easy, fast, convenient and safe.

I used ARCpoint for travel to Hong Kong. Hong Kong has very strict entry requirements and requires proof of various certifications and specific details to be included on the COVID-19 test report. ArcPoint provided all of these details and promptly followed up with me 90minutes after dropping off my sample. Super prompt, and quick to provide what I needed. I highly recommend them for travel PCR Covid Testing.I was able to board my flight and enter Hong Kong as planned.
