Barry S. Horowitz's Online Review Report Card

This doctor is not responsive to patients prescription needs. This doctor has an nurse who who accompanies him to his three office locations. This does not leave much time for the nurse to attend to prescription renewals. He makes in my case prescription changes without notifying me. I needed a Prior Authorization for an insulin refill it took office visits and faxes over a two week time frame before he replied to my request. If anyone I know asked me that they needed his services I would tell them to get another doctor. He is not the doctor to use his whole purpose in life is money.

After seeing this Dr in August 2021 i am still waiting to hear from him or his staff about my blood test report. Left dozens of messages and no onw has returned my call. They are very uncaring and unprofessional .

Dr Horowitz is very rude to his patients. Please stay away from this man and this practice. He can not be trusted. I would give zero stars if possible.

Dr. Barry Horowitz demonstrates good medical care in many ways the appointment with him was not rushed he honors patients time by sticking to their appointment time he listens carefully to questions and answers them thoroughly.

The Dr. himself is amazing. However this office is extremely difficult to get ahold of and coming from someone who is new to diabetes this is a huge downfall.

my visit with Dr Horowitz was great First time in 5 years i had a Dr who actually listened to me We moved to Florida 5 years ago and i had 4 endocronologyst they could care less about my diabetes i Finally found Dr Horowitz and i am staying with him The staff was very pleasant the office is very clean

Dr. Horowitz has been my endocrinologist for many years. Not only is he is an extremely knowledgeable physician he is also a compassionate and caring individual. I consider him to be the most important person on my medical team guiding me on the roller coaster of Diabetes Management. I recently referred a friend to him and when we spoke he told me that Dr. Horowitz had literally saved his life. I am so grateful that Dr. Horowitz is my doctor and in my life.

Worst experience ever at a doctors office. They could not of cared less if I was even there. Made no effort to retrieved my lab work or MRIs. I was told by ER I had a small tumor on my pituitary gland and they could of cared less. Maybe not a big deal to them but it was to me. I called 5 times for results of the blood test that were drawn and never received a response until i called again 2 weeks after my appointment and ask through scheduling to speak to someone. Would not recommend this office or the doctor or the waste of time it took me to drive to WPB from Stuart

Im not a happy person.I am not happy with the staff at all. I have tried to move appointments due to my mother falling and getting severely hurt. They NEVER call when you ask them and if they do they PUNISH you for not being able to talk RIGHT then I was DRIVINGDont go as a new patient. They dont care about you at all and bury you amongst the ones who are established instead of saying we cant take you....we are too busy....NEVER going back....

Id give them a negative star rating if it was possible. Horrible from soup to nuts. Theres no follow up no communication from the dr or his office staff. One of the most frustrating experiences Ive ever endured. I cant fathom why these people work in healthcare because theres absolutely no empathy or compassion from any of them. Do not waste your time with Dr Hororwitz.
