He treatemy son in the hospital great physician very knowledgeable
Years ago, this was a great practice. I was actually a patient here when I was a child and both my children have been patients here since birth. All the good doctors have left and the new doctors are horrible. I don’t recommend this practice at all.
Horrible customer service, waited 2 hours, got a call to not go back like I was ever going back anyways. Mold all over. Rude when I asked a question. I should have know by the reviews, got mad when I asked questions. When making an appointment they got into an argument with my insurance and that's when I should have known this place was horrible. But I went anyways, waited two hours for them to just make my kids caught. Trust me I wasn't going back and I got a call not to see what happened but to tell me I'm not welcomed back. Took their time for that, no wonder why the wait is so long.
Great service
My children have been patients of this office since they were babies. That makes 15 years. You would think we would be treated like family. This office is a hot mess since Dr. Bell left. I will not be returning to this office. If anyone is reading this from the office. The lady who works the front desk needs to be placed in the back of the office. She is not a people person or a face to greet and represent Palm Beach Pediatrics. The lady I am referencing was working in the office on 9/14 at 3:45pm.
Edit: changed from 3 star to 1 star. Careless doctor on staff. Horrible experience; finding a new pediatrician since our only 2 visits had significant negatives
We love Dr lambkin and the whole staff at this location!!
UPDATE: Based on the business owner's reply, the tone alone would deter anyone from wanting to become a patient. I never claimed to be a patient and was honest in my review. There's no need to be a keyboard warrior as it does absolutely nothing for your establishment. Plus, you are correct, this office deserves zero stars for the horrible level of snark and sarcasm relayed to your existing patients' reviews here on Google. A business is nothing without customers. My sole experience was via phone call when I called to inquire on getting my 8th grader a back-to-school physical done. I told them that my regular pediatrician was completely booked and I had a 2-week window to get the physical done otherwise my daughter would have to stay home from school until the physical was completed and sent to the school. I was informed by the employee who answered the phone that the only way they would book an appointment was if I was willing to take on their practice as my child's pediatric provider. I apologized to the woman and said that I couldn't make that decision ahead of time as I've never been to their practice before and would not know how well they would care for my child in the future. She asked me to hold, then came back on the phone and said she was sorry but they would only facilitate me if I was willing to switch to their practice. After the call, I read the horrible and negative reviews about their practice and even more terrible level of customer service! Seems like I dodged that bullet and we'll gladly be seen at an urgent care nearest my location without an appointment or being strong-armed to change pediatricians.
After noticing a few bad reviews I wanted to share my many great experiences with Palm Beach Pediatrics (West Palm Office). I am an existing client with a 3yr old and a newborn. I have only had positive phone conversations with receptionists that have been happy to help. I mainly see Dr. Lambkin who is lovely and has always done thorough exams and takes her time answering any questions. I recently had the pleasure of seeing nurse practitioner Iridel Gonzalez who was wonderful and again did a thorough exam as well as offer great advice. I would be shocked to find that many other existing clients haven’t had the same experience as myself. I would recommend PB Pediatrics West Palm office to friends and family and hope that the few bad reviews regarding a receptionist does not deter anyone.
I am NOT a patient because who would want to after a snotty front desk person has an attitude over the phone?! I called and asked a few questions and the lady didn’t like it. As a business owner you need to be able to take constructive criticism. Granted you can’t please EVERYONE. But customer service is what makes a business THRIVE! And coming on here trying to “defend” ur business is very unprofessional. Keep it cute, simple, professional and keep it moving. Hire a PR because responding to google reviews with your unprofessional defensive language makes you look very guilty and clearly U have like 2-3 positive reviews (from two years ago) in a pool of maybe 10 negative reviews which all states the same thing. Patient or not You’re customer service is an issue.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
