Called in to inquire about possible side effects of a prescribed medication. Employee (not realizing she forgot to hit hold) referred to in less a than desirable way. (Obscenities would be blocked) Apparently she was taking a powerful medication with common side effects consisting of turrets, loss of common sense, & empathy, as well as uncontrollable impulsivity and unprofessionalism. If she’s indicative of this practice, I would seek an alternative dermo.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My daughter had an appointment with Dr. Dock for a rash. He walked in the room, looked for 5 seconds, said "You have a rash and need a prescription." Left the room within 30 seconds and NEVER even called in a prescription. Despite calling the office to request the prescription be called in, it was never received and we had to send her to another doctor. When inquiring about the absurd cost of a 30 second visit, we were rudely informed that it was the cost of the visit and hung up on when asking for an explanation of why nothing was ever done about the prescription. Information has also been provided to my insurance company. I completely understand the cost of a new patient AND I paid the requested exorbitant fee, despite my daughter receiving ZERO care from this doctor. Just want everyone else to be aware not to expect much from this provider.

Professional and caring doctors and staff. I've been treated for a variety of skin issues by Dr. Lampuri and Dr. Green and I highly recommend both of them as well as their experienced, knowledgeable assistants and staff.
