I met Dr Flannigan over a year ago. He is an extremely good listener. He treats me for my Bi-polar disorders. I mentioned I loss 10# in one week. He suggested a CT Chest scan. Long story shorter since I was a cigar smoker I was diagnosed with a mild case of Emphysema. I no longer smoke cigars!!, I'm very grateful I listened and took his advise. Thank you.

He is friendly and spends time with you. He is an excellent diagnostician and finds out what's really wrong before he prescribes medication. He is a very thorough doctor with a great understanding of people. He treats both their minds and body as a whole unit learning about your other illnesses, so that he can prescribe medication that doesn't interfere with other health problems. I think seeing him for going on 4 years now and I very very satisfied. He has helped me a lot more though than any psychiatrist I've ever seen. A real attribute to his profession.

AMAZING! This is the only Psychiatrist that has helped my husband after many many doctors failed attempts. He is very patient and kind. Easy to make apts too!! He has helped to get my husband back to his normal self after suffering with very bad anxiety and depression. Thank You Dr Flanagan!

Dr. Flanagan is really a rare gem in psychiatry. I should first mention that he takes his time-- I have never felt rushed or unable to speak up during our appointments. I genuinely feel that he is an empathetic person and a thoughtful caregiver. I followed him from one practice to another in FL. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist.

Came in for an initial appointment a half hour early for initial paperwork (they can email this to you if you request) The front desk staff were all wonderful, personable and patient. Dr. Flanagan is exceptional, I had some reservations after a previous provider left a bad taste in my mouth, but he assuaged all my fears, while also listening and giving constructive answers and steps to help you and your mental well-being. If I could recommend him further I would.
