When I called for an appointment, I was told to fill out forms...It took 2 days to be able to find a way to open portal...had to get permission from office after they had told me to do this....then filled out the forms and they would not submit. I called and was told they had to have these forms and copies of insurance cards or they would not make appointment. I was told they needed this in order to have zoom meeting with me to see if I REALLY needed an appointmnt....I told them it was impossible for me to do any of this and would not like to make an appoinment. Front desk couldn't have cared less. forget this...I needed a PHD to make it. No thanks!!! Don't know how she gets new patients.

Dr. Onofrey is absolutely amazing! She takes the time to explain to her patients and does everything to get optimal results. am very happy with my results..thank you!!

The representative for insurance at the West Palm office, Pablo, is very unprofessional and rude and the lady at the desk always has an attitude. Dr. Onofrey is kind and has good intentions, but I still have issues on my eyes so her methods do not work.

Dr. Onofrey wasted my time with a variety of tests. Then, I foolishly let her do eyelid surgery on me and received miserable results. Yes, she cares and has good intentions. But, she is not good at her job. She obsessed about something that was non-existent and when it came to the actual surgery used a sub-optimal technique and got poor results. DO NOT USE HER SERVICES UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING WHAT I JUST DESCRIBED.

Dr. Onofrey is amazing. I consulted several highly rated surgeons for my eye surgery and knew instantly she would be the best for my procedure. She takes her time with you, explains procedures very well and is incredibly responsive. I don't know many doctors (if any) who give your their cell number and encourage you to call them anytime, but she does. I can't say enough good things about her, and her staff is awesome too. Very happy with the results and would recommend her to anyone.

I can not express how happy I am with the experience I received from Dr. Onofrey and her staff. from the ease of making appointments to the no wait time at the office. Her friendly and professional staff was a pleasure. Dr. Onofrey explained the procedure from start to finish and that is exactly how it happened. She spends time with you answering all of your questions. Her bedside manner is wonderful and her personality is entertaining. After my eyelid surgery (upper and lower) her follow up was immediate and encouraging along the way. I couldn't be happier with the results. My eyes are beautiful!! Thank you Dr Onofrey.

Dr. Onofrey performed upper and lower eyelid surgery on me 2 months ago. I would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. Everything about my experience was perfect. From the ease of making appointments to the absolute no wait time in her office. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Onofrey's personality, bedside manner and professionalism is beyond great. She explained the surgery from start to finish and that is just how it happened. She followed up immediately after surgery and was easily available for as long as I needed her. My eyes are beautiful!! Thank you Dr. Onofrey!!
