Charles E Griff's Online Review Report Card

I have been to this office while I was pregnant and now recently to have a melanoma removed. Candance took care of me both times and she was super sweet and caring and explained everything in detail. The nurse (blonde skinny one, sorry I don't know your name) was also incredible. I have been to other dermatology offices (well known place) and didn't have good experience. Here they treated me very good and take the time to explain everything.

Worst Dermatology office ever! Their website shows three Dr.'s including Griff, but when I tried to get an appointment for a serious problem I was having, I could only see a NP. She misdiagnosed the problem, which led to further problems. When I went in for a follow up, she still insisted that she was correct and took 3 biopsies to prove it. She said she would put a rush on them, however when I tried to contact the office 3 and 4 days later, I got the after hours message from morning till the close of business for the office (3:30 p.m.). I gave them 1 star only because I couldn't post this without selecting at least one, but they don't even deserve that!

Staff is beyond friendly and knowledgable. They make you feel extremely comfortable.

Dr Griff, My first appointment was at 8-30 am on a given day and they told me at the desk he was not going to be there that day. I re scheduled. On my secound visit he spent 3 minutes in the romm prescribed a creme and left. 1 year and three weeks later i called my Pharmacy to refill another tube of Creme which i had 10 left in my script, they told me my script expired 3 weeks prior. My pharmacist called Griffs office and asked for a refill, as i only used 1 of 11 tubes.. they declined and said i needed to come back in again. No credit of course for my wasted morning when he did not show up to work.. i called and they want to charge 60.. dollars for a visit to renew my script. This is a money grubbing office and Doctor.. stay away. One way street !! Disgusting and rude staff.

I've been with Dr. Griff since moving to Florida almost 14 years ago. He's simply THE BEST!

I've been using this physician a few years and have no complaints about the quality of medical attention received. THE OFFICE POLICIES and STAFF are in the dark ages!! The waiting times are excessive, the waiting room is loud and messy and check-in staff rude. I had a scheduled appointment and was travelling from Boca to West Palm - 35 minute drive. I called ahead when I encountered traffic stating I could cancel as I would be 7 to 10 minutes late. They encouraged me to keep my 2pm appt. I was in traffic and arrived at 2:13-- whereupon a snarky receptionist told me I had forfeited my appt. I had the decency to phone- and this is an unnecessary policy. NEEDLESS TO SAY- Should I bill them for all the time they made me wait. FOUND ANOTHER DERMO-- too bad, physician was solid- but not going to drive that distance to deal with a DERMO mill - everyone leaves with a bandaid (surgery is a higher bill than an office visit).

I went to Dr. Griff for the first time this week and was very impressed with his thoroughness, much unlike other docs I have been to in the past. He asked me several times if I had questions and then answered them sufficiently. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent staff Out of wait room into exam within 5 min. PA did 5 min review/update of current statu. Dr Griff entered shortly thereafter. Through exam to chk out <1hr.Well run office, Dr Griff skilled and personable = 5*

Dr. Charles Griff is a revolving-door medicine practices partisan. It is good to know, that he is running the marathon, but it is bad that he continues running the marathon in his office and his stuff follows him. I do not recommend him even to my enemy. In my first visit on October 12, 2017 he spent with me less than 10 minutes and in these 10 minutes he made 3 attempts to live the office, but I made 3 attempts do not let him run away. I couldn't even ask questions I prepared to ask.
