We met for the first time yesterday in the clinic due to some changes in appointments, but the doctor welcomed the patient and did not refuse the case and give the patient the appointment and provide the required treatment in her field of work in his time and transfer to a second doctor. Dr. Shannon conducted my son’s polydactyly surgery at 17 months to remove extra digits. She has been wonderful in every way. Very personable and the utmost professional. She took the time to answer all of our questions. She’s just extremely competent and her confidence commands trust in her. Just simply the best at what she does. Thank you, Dr. Shannon, for putting us totally at ease with this process and for your dedication. We feel so blessed to have found you.

Dr. Shannon is Awesome and was trained very well by Dr. Paley. She has a wonderful bedside manner and answered all of our questions. I am very pleased to have her as my son’s specialist.

Our daughter had a Hard Removal Bilateral Femurs with Dr. Shannon. It was a small surgery but everything happened as planned. She was very careful and attentive with us.

This is our second experience with DR. Shannon for my 13 year old daughter. Both times for knee issues due to sports. Dr. Shannon is so personable. Great bedside manner. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to teen girls sports injuries/issues. She makes us feel comfortable In the office, which is huge for a teen girl. We last saw her 2 years ago and total visit time was 3 hrs, which we felt was worth it after seeing the types of clients Dr. Shannon sees. This visit was so quick, in and out in an hour and a half. She is a world renowned surgeon, but takes just as much time/care seeing my daughters minor issues! We will never hesitate to see her in the future for any issues my daughter has.

Dr. Shannon and her TEAM ARE THE BEST!! Not only is she the absolute best doctor/surgeon, but the time she takes to answer ALL of our questions and fit us in for appointments is absolutely incredible!!! My daughter is 11 and has a set of her own questions and Dr. Shannon ALWAYS takes the time to go through and explain everything in detail to both of us. We appreciate her and her team! 💙
