Dr Mason is the most compassionate doctor I have had. She took time with me on a procedure I was nervous about and made everything as comfortable as possible. I cannot say enough good things.

Terrible horrible experience with customer service I waited for my appointment 3 and a half months they call me to change the appointment because I was on the waiting list and I agreed the difference was two days and I call ahead to cancel the appointment they gave me They are offering for an emergency I couldn't attend and the customer service told me that I was very sorry but they already gave my appointment to another person who called and I think that the most logical thing to do is if I wait 3 and a half months for an appointment I must have priority than the person who called that day, or give my appointment to that person and leave my appointment for the stipulated day. I can believe and be very sure that my appointment is given to a friend etc.. and tell me if you want I can help you and give you another appointment in about 4 months with the doctor? I think it is unfair on her part because she is simply the customer service person and without caring about that is playing with a person's health and you don't play with health of course I think there was a bit of discrimination for the fact of being Latina and yet the one in customer service is Latina. Do you know what it's like to wait 7 months for a medical appointment? Terrible horrible experiencia con la del servicio al cliente espere por mi cita 3 meses y medio me llaman a cambiar la cita por que estaba En lista de espera y estuve de acuerdo la diferencia fue de dos días y llamo con anticipación para cancelarla la cita que me están ofreciendo por una emergencia no podía asistir y me dise la de el servicio al cliente que lo sentía mucho pero ya mi cita se la cedieron a otra persona que llamo y creo que lo más lógico si espere por una cita 3 meses y medio debo tener prioridad que la persona que llamo ese día , o darle mi cita a esa persona y dejar mi cita para el día estipulado yo puedo creer y estar mui segura que mi cita se la seden alguna amiga etc.. y me disen si quiere puedo ayudarla y darle otra cita dentro de unos 4 meses con la doctora? Creo que es injusto de su parte por que ella es simplemente la del servicio al cliente y sin importarle eso es jugar con la salud de una persona y con la salud no se juega por supuesto creo que hubo un poco de discriminación por el hecho de ser latina y sin embargo la del servicio al cliente es latina saben lo que es esperar 7 meses por una Cita médica ?

Annoyed because Dr. Mason required a new/separate video appointment - just to get my test results! 3 appointments (and hundreds of dollars) later... I still do NOT have a resolution, any suggestions, follow up, or a plan to get "regular" again.

Dr Mason is both clinically proficient and emotionally vested in her patients. She took the time to speak with me as a person and not just another patient.

Very caring and takes time. Even helps me save on expensive prescriptions.

I have lived in many different states, so I have had to go "gyno" shopping multiple times and this was the worse one yet. First of all, she didn't not care to ask anything about my history on our first visit, just basically threw my legs up on the table and went for it, which made me very uncomfortable. When I told her my problems, she pretty much ignored me and told me "None of this is fatal." but we will run some labs. When I got my labs, she commented on them using the WRONG NAME. How am I supposed to know this wasn't a lab mistake? Her mistake? Are those actually my values? Who knows, when I asked her, she completely ignored me. After everything was inconclusive, she told me to just "wait a little while, then if nothing changes, WE can spend some more money figuring it out." I am sorry? It is not your money being spent on all this, and that is very insensitive to say when some people actually struggle paying for all of this just for their problems to get brushed under the rug.

Doctor Mason was amazing..would give her 10 stars if I could. Dr Mason was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me step-by-step what she was doing in the procedure. She made me feel safe and able to face the unknown. She held my hand and guided me through A very tough journey. . Thank you for being such an amazing doctor, and teacher. Thanks for the little stuffed bunny.

Best ObGyn I’ve ever visited—she listens, addresses all questions & works with you to develop a plan. I’m so happy so found her!!

Best OBGYN ever! I am always a nervous wreck and when I stepped into her room at Cleveland Clinic, I felt like I was talking to a great friend. I had a procedure done today and after my procedure, she held my hand, looked at me and told me that I’m finally going to be alright! If I ever get pregnant in the future she has to deliver my child because I wouldn’t trust anyone else. ❤️
