List of David Mandelblum's Reviews
Doctor Mandelblum is amazing! He is my primary physician and he also sees my elderly parents. He is very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He listens and is never in a hurry to answer our questions. The office staff is amazing. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help.
Office staff horrible. No diversity and no one understands anything anyone calls about. Nobody answers the phones. Especially about patients who have heart conditions coming out of the hospital and rehabilitation centers
Dr. Mandelblum is a nice guy, but overworked..This office is too busy, never any where to sit, never answer the phone. Whatever dept you call you have to leave a message..they will call you back for appts. but refill prescriptions..a nightmare. I'm going to try again via fax. Otherwise...let me take time off work and go in there. HOW NICE! UPDATE Fax doesn't answer.
Negatives: Frequent issues with responsiveness, whether it concerns medication refills, medical records, or just getting in touch with someone who can assist. Automated phone system is often not working properly, adding to the issue of staff responsiveness. After informing the Office Manager of the above issues, the problems still persist. Additionally many office staff have an attitude as if they just don't care and just go through the motions of getting you in and out. Parking at the office just an absolute mess. Doctor also questioned ailments that I have, telling me that they're not real when indeed they are. Positives: Danielle who really was one of the few trying to make my experience better. Doctor is agreeable and listens. If you have a choice for a primary doctor, Dr. Mandelblum is not your man. You can absolutely do better.
After many years with the doctor we had no choice but to leave due to incompetent office staff. Doctor Mandelblum, MD. finally returned one of our URGENT calls after we requested our records and stated "His staff could never get a hold of us". So far from the truth , out and out lie as we have all calls saved on our phones. If they couldn't reach us how come Dr. Mandeblum just did ?? IF THEY have documented calls, they were falsified.. This is The USA and NOT everyone speaks or understands Spanish!!!I will contact the owners.. Dr. NUNEZ , You should be so disappointed .. you can call me anytime...
This was by far the worst physicians office I’ve ever been to. There’s a real lack of concern as they all seem to operate on auto pilot completing the same papers, entering info into computers, nothing is customized, they do NOTHING at this clinic & “punt” patients to specialist only after taking the PCP fee. No way. Don’t waste your time. Thus is a classic Doc in a box from the early 2000s. What really got under my skin was the constant refusal to ask any follow up from the patient. They even had slips preprinted with who they’re going to send you to. I feel sorry their patients, but I won’t be one of them.
He has been my doctor for more than 7 years and I am alive thanks to David I love him he is the best 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
He’s just the best, caring, he spends the time that you need and he listens to your problem. He fixes it or refers you to who needs to fix your problem. I love my doctor very much.
The visits with dr Mandenblum is no the time tha needs people to see. To short. The reason why is to short becouse they have to many patients on one day
After waiting for 3 hours the doctor appears and in a minute and without much visual contact he consulted me and told me that I was fine, that I looked healthy and that I had nothing. To all these interrupts a person asking why he was seeing me, that I was not on the list and the doctor responds in a bad way that he did not know and that he was already DONE. When I asked him why then I felt so bad and why the shortness of breath and the horrible cough he replied that it is normal because I work with small children with special needs and if I do not want to continue getting sick I should change jobs. Really? So unprofessional I will never visit this place again

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
