Awful experience. Mammogram machine broke. They had the nerve to tell me to go home and make another appointment. I made the appointment that day for a reason because my insurance was ending. I asked to go to another location that same day. The lady kept me waiting while she chatted to another customer for around 30 minutes. Finally she got me another appointment 20 miles away to another location and STILL had to wait there even though they said they called ahead and left my name. Employees did not seem sincere about the apologies and the whole experience was very stressful.

This place is amazing service flows fast and runs like a train station. Far superior to Midtown. You do your part and they will do theirs and it is like silk. Ive had two chest xrays here and from appointment time to when I was out the door was less than 7 minutes.

I arrived for my appointment at 430 for an appointment scheduled at 450. I filled out my paperwork and was invited into the office at 510 where I handed them my prescription paper from my doctor to the receptionist where it was scanned in and I was sent to their waiting room. At 545 I was approached and told my prescription was wrong. I called my doctor and as my doctor is getting ready to scan a new script through Misty approached me and told me my appointment would not be completed due to the time and their tech gets off at 630. I told her this was unacceptable as I had been waiting since 430 my script had been in their care since 510 and it is not my fault that this error was left unnoticed not to mention my Dr. is literally sending a new one over AS WE SPEAK. My doctors office had to call them personally to speak with them. They maintained it was too late and continued to argue with my office. The only reason my appointment was kept was because a STAT was put on prescription before it was resent. As I walked away Misty shouted across the office a very snarly Thank you I was shocked and appalled at the audacity. I threw her a YUP. Just as 630 approached I was taken back and my tests were run. The only reason DCA deserves any stars at all is because of the tech she was the sweetest woman I was well taken care of by her.. I ended up leaving around 830. I do not recommend.
