It’s all about how to milk the insurance for money. Not about what is better for you. Save your money and your time ( since they make you wait for ever in the waiting room ). And go somewhere else. And also I am sure Patricia is busy asking people to write good reviews on this platform so the truth doesn’t get out.
Office staff are incredibly RUDE. Attempted to make an appointment for my husband and when I let her know the date for his first appointment wasn’t going to work for us… she said “okayyy…” in a very sarcastic tone and hung up on me. Doctors seem good when it comes to their reviews but I’m not willing to put up with office staff that lacks the ability to professional. Not for the money we’re paying anyway…
The doctors are ok, but the front desk staff is horrible. They have a woman called Patricia, that does the billing, and has a tremendous bad attitude, she is very rude. The wellness annual visit has no co-payment with my insurance, but she would put it as 2 visits instead of 1, for nonsense reasons, reality is to charge more to the insurance, but then you have to do a co-payment for the annual visit, when you shouldn't, because they bill it as 2 visits in 1. I was discussing this with her and she even told me that if I don't like it I can go to another clinic, so they don't care about customers retention at all. Other members of my family were also going there, and they also have billing issues all the time, so either she doesn't really know how to bill, or she pretends she doesn't to get more out of the insurance. Either way, I will move me and my family to another clinic, I really don't recommend this clinic, unless you want to have billing issues and end up overpaying for your visits and labs.
Horrible place. I was kicked out of the place for not wearing a mask and was told in very bad manner by receptions. I would not refer or consider coming back to this place ever again.
I had an issue in this office regarding, trying to obtain simple information , the lady on the phone yelled at me and would not let me speak , mind you I kept my tone normal not to escalate the situation and still the lady kept on yelling and raising her tone with me . When I asked to speak with the office manager she said that she is the manager which I was appalled ! An office manager so rude and disrespectful is running the clinic in this matter, no wonder I can not get proper customer service , look who is running the clinic. Also, when I asked what is her name she hung up on me, and when I called back it seemed like she blocked my number , so I dialed with another phone and the call actually went through !!!!!! unbelievable!!!!!! So when a receptionist finally answered and I kindly ask for the managers name which is PATRICIA LIRA , and she transferred me to her , and guess what it was the same rude lady that hung up on me . I am only ranting on here because as a patient we want to be seen somewhere where people actually care and patients and put there patients needs first, and for a doctor's office to service COMPASSION to your client's. Some people aren't deserving of there title and should not be working in the medical field if they do not have proper etiquette or patience to deal with patient's. Love what you do and if you don't there is millions of people who can do it !

Dr. Lira and his staff are amazing! Whenever I call, they always make accommodations to see me as early as possible. Dr. Lira truly cares about his patients.
Dr. Lira and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are also taking covid precautions to ensure everyone’s safety. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Lira is a very thorough and caring doctor. I have complete confidence in him.
All the staff were very pleasant and Dr Lira very professional and meticulous in his diagnoses, very trustworthy and gave me peace of mind
