This was our first consult with Dr. Paley. He was great. He explained the process to us thoroughly so we were able to understand what we are looking at dealing with. He answered every question we had and then some. We feel confident that he’s the best doctor for this procedure for our son. We’re looking forward to talking with him again in the near future.

Amazing doctors and staff. So glad we found them and their perspective on treatment for our son. We had been to two other providers who were unable to give us a diagnosis or a treatment plan we felt comfortable with. Dr. Paley and his team were able to confidently confirm what was going on with our little guy and we started treatment for pseudoarthosis of his tibia. This was our third surgery with them and everything has been coordinated, planned and communicated effectively. Also, the follow ups between visits and surgeries has been so responsive and convenient for our needs. They are quick to respond back with any concerns and any questions as well. Definitely very blessed and thankful to have found Dr. Paley and his team for our son. Highly recommend.

Our 6 y.o. son broke his leg playing soccer and the break revealed a complicated congenital defect in which the tibia was slightly bowed forward. Our local doc on the west coast recommended a complicated surgery (that ironically Dr. Paley developed) as the only option. Dr. Paley recommended a much less invasion option involving putting a rod in the tibia and a wire in the fibula. We are very grateful for Dr. Paley and his partner Dr. Miller's innovative thinking and pragmatic less invasive approach to solving the problem. As Dr. Paley told us - we can gain a lot without risking much trying the less invasive approach first, the more complex surgery is always an option if needed. Our son also has a congenital heart defect so a longer more invasive surgery carries more risk than the average six year old. It was reassuring to know that Dr. Paley was thinking about our son's entire health situation and not just the broken tibia.

Dr. Paley's expertise quickly and concisely diagnosed my issue and had a plan for which he felt confident. My previous surgeon had left me dreading the treatment optionn he had planned to correct after an unsuccessful first attempt. I am still awaiting the surgery but feel good about it after his consultation.
