No one answering telephones and does not return calls prescription not sent to pharmacy. This is eroding my health.

I called one day for 90 minutes. Some one hung up the phone on me 4 times. No one calls you to let you know the results of your lab work. Very sad. It would be nice if people would take the time to care about there patients. If people do not like there job then they should not work in a docters office. Kindness goes along way in the world of which we live in.

I have been under Dr. Ellis’ care for about ten years. For the first 8 years he was amazing. I’m not sure what’s going on in that office but he is impossible to get a hold of, and the bedside manner has gone completely out the window.
