i love my doctor...but ive been trying to get a refill on my bp med sent to my pharmacy for over a month atleast 4 calls have been made with me in tears ...and im assured they will handle it and they do NOTHING. i had a stroke in june due to my bp it was 260/160 ish this med is the one i NEED but office staff just runs you around oh im so sorry maam i will mark this urgent and it will be taken care of and then....NOTHING. the portal is a joke. i get its sliding scale but poor folk want to live too # update i was contacted this morning and the issue was taken care of ...thank you for helping me.

My primary care provider FOUNDCARE MED CTR, have set up tents in front of there building to provide testing of the COV-19. Their requirements/instructions include calling and setting up an appointment to be tested. Well, I followed their instructions and someone from Foundcare called me back, asked me a couple of questions which I answered, and was told they couldn't do the test because I did not meet the health requirements and have no symptoms. I told them I've been coughing, am 65 years old, and have shortness of breath....so why can't I get tested. They woman on the phone said they have limited testors and because I have no fever, I could not get the test. I told her that I've been in large crowds at the supermarket and who's to say, I may have had come in contact with an infected person and my symptoms are not yet out...So, you have to be sick in order to be tested...Unbelievable!

Too slow on getting referrals & med refills. Plus refills not sent to correct pharmacy.

I highly recommend FoundCare, and in particular, Laura Friedman! My brother has recently suffered a serious physical and psychological trauma, and I witnessed first hand, the exceptional level of dedication and care that Laura gave to my brother, and the understanding and concern she showed me , in order to help him through this difficult time!! Laura is extremely knowledgeable, and she is action oriented. I sincerely don’t know how we would have gotten through this ordeal without her! Laura is a true angel! Total BS. The worst Dr office I've ever seen. They made me a appointment with a DR that doesn't even work there. How that work????

I have been to this clinic four times. Each time I have been lied to, jerked around, and treated poorly. I have a spinal injury and been in severe pain since January. On 6/8 Dr. LaRoche told me I "Should have bariatric surgery before spinal surgery". I AM LESS THEN 50 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT! Not only that but i HAVE lost 40-50 pounds over the last two years. On 6/11, when I went to get pre-op test results for my spinal surgery. I HAD an apointment and STILL waited 2 hours! Dr. LaRoche saw me again and insisted I go on blood presure meds before my surgery (which is 6/14), and he was going to inform my spinal surgeon I was refusing treatment. I WAS IN TEARS AND TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME THE MEDICATION! I know my BP is high, I have been in severe pain for several months now and given only motrin, plus I haven't been active or able to cook, so my diet has been poor. I want to go back to working out, of eating healthy, but instead he tells me my surgery might be canceled because I;m refusing medication HE HASNT OFFERED!
