List of Gary M Pepper's Reviews
I’ve been a patient of Dr Pepper’s for over 20 years. He is always pleasant and thorough. My appointment has never been rushed.
I do not recommend Gary Pepper After treating me for 6 years and once I had normal blood work he dismissed me and asked if I wanted my records. My mom was with me and he asked if we have a witness. I don’t know if he’s been in lawsuits but something was not right he was paranoid. He came out of nowhere with this attitude and I felt awful he wouldn’t maintain my good health. I was no use by being better. I have heard other patients complain as well, there are more drs out there that are worth your health and wellness
This review is long overdue! I have been a patient of Dr. Peppers since i moved here 11 years ago. I was feeling extraordinarily tired. I was 40 at the time and someone suggested an Endocrinologist. Thankfully I chose this practice. From day one, Dr. Pepper has been an incredible, attentive, thorough and kind Doctor. At my first appointment he pulled out a pad of drawing paper and some markers and began to draw and fully explain my thyroid disorder and i was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I have been more then pleased over the years and highly recommended seeing Dr. Pepper!!
Dr Pepper’s office experience was so amazing! It’s rare to find doctor’s office where everyone really takes care of you and everyone is very nice! From the front desk to check out!
Without question the rudest front desk staff I've ever encountered at Palm beach Diabetes and Roxanne and Janet were "special". the lack of professionalism knows no bounds.. My original consultation with one of the endocrinologists went well and between that and my follow up he was let go... My new specialist a Dr. G. Pepper whom I never actually met, didnt review my records or case prior to me visiting the office. But was kind enough to send me a letter letting me know after careful consideration he couldn't continue to provide me with patient care... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE...
Mixed. Office staff rude and disorganized. Nutritionist good; doctor generic. More concerned with revenue than patient convenience. Avoid if possible.
Dr. Pepper came highly recommended. His scheduling person / front desk was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. And for the privilege of being treated like cattle by this nasty woman, she cut me off and I waited 20 minutes to speak with her. Even after that, still one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Needless to say, I won’t ever get to find out if the doctor is good because I won’t put myself through the misery of speaking with that witch again.
Dr. pepper is personal and takes his time with his patients. I have found him to be considerate and thorough. His office personnel is excellent. I have never had better blood withdrawals.
Trust me... you don’t want to go here. They make up lies if you change a doctor within the practice. I went to Dr Pepper for many years and decided to change to another dr for another opinion. When I decided to go back to Dr Pepper I was shunned by the practice. Dr Pepper lied that I missed appointments according to the girl in scheduling. This is not something I would ever do in any situation. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
