Trust me... you don’t want to go here. They make up lies if you change a doctor within the practice. I went to Dr Pepper for many years and decided to change to another dr for another opinion. When I decided to go back to Dr Pepper I was shunned by the practice. Dr Pepper lied that I missed appointments according to the girl in scheduling. This is not something I would ever do in any situation. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

Office manager is RUDE and a liar. Couldnt stay in office due to obvious mold issues had to wait in hall. She denied any knowledge of mold. One employee with a conscience snuck out to tell us that YES. They knew of mold.problem. I am highly allergic and had asthma attack from the mold. My BP spiked from the stress. Ofc manager came out to reprimand me in the hall. Violated HIPAA by loudly discussing and demanding answers to personal medical questions in public area. Dr. Pepper did not greet us introduce himself nor acknowledge my complaints. Sat with head down rusting thru papers. Did NOTHING except listen to my heart. I was there as a newly diagnosed diabetic and got no help at all. I left coughing and choking from perfume on staff and overpowering mold exposure. Avoid this doctor and his awful staff at all costs.
Dr. Pepper is the calm in the eye of a storm type of doctor. Kind patient very understanding with a willingness to help his patients was my experience. Today in this complex world we live in finding a good doctor is almost impossible. We now rely on others views and opinions all to of ten instead of our better judgement. Being 67 yrs of age with a reasonable amount of experience in choosing a good physician perhaps I can help. If you are looking for an endocrinologist. I highly recommend Dr. Gary M. Pepper MD. Jupiter FL. At first Dr. Pepper seems very aloof and only involved with his computer but I tell differently. He has the capability to read a person extremely well from the onset. A doctor who can multitask paying full attention to his patients and as you speak to him as I did giving him all the details of how I was feeling he was already two steps ahead of me. Trust me he hears everything you tell him. Dr. Pepper is a soft spoken no nonsense kind of doctor. I trust him and while not every doctor is for everyone as the saying goes I believe he is the Endocrinologist to see.
Its no wonder he lost his license to practice in New York. My records were mixed up with my husbands. They charged us each for appointments and saw us in only one time slot rushed. Office was way too hot had to be over 80 degrees. Staff disorganized and I found the doctor to be substandard. He kept reading test results for my husband while he was talking about my condition and got nasty when I tried to correct HIS mistake. He wanted to add more medications to my regimen even though my overall blood tests are improving. Going elsewhere there has to be better endocrines in Florida.
How this guy is still practicing?????
My condition went from being under control to completely out of control under his care. He did not adjust my medication right and ignored all my symptoms I had and blamed it on other things. Then I found out he the specialist was completely wrong. Just horrible. Not one followup call either.
Many mistakes made by Dr. Pepper that cost me a lot of money time and that lead to many health issues. Dr. Pepper completely ignored my symptoms and never bothered following up or explaining anything. Find a doctor who cares and listen and know what they are talking about. I know I am.
Rude staff Good help is hard to find. This is a good Dr but very rude and unprofessional staff. Renee was especially rude when she sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and refused to acknowledge the error.
Do not go here if you have concerns with your testosterone. Poor bedside manner. He said it’s not life threatening. Really?? He should have said I am refunding the 300$ you just paid because I don’t know anything about low t. Maybe it was the receptionist who thought I was there for diabeties. Clearly the referral says otherwise oh and the wait while they all giggled and gossiped at the desk. The office was filthy the exam room was a storage closet. The ARNP did all the work. Poor poor choice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
