I’m very impressed with the office manager lab technician the receptionist team and of course the nursing staff ALL are 5 star This office is caring intelligent and so respectful of every patient that walks through the door.

My experience was excellent Dr. Kale did a complete battery of testing something I never received from my former Endocrinologist. I trust her and her team. She went over all my concerns and reassured me that I made the right choice in switching my care. Hands down the best decision I’ve made to switch my care to Dr. Kale. She came up with a plan of action and was very thorough in going over my labs and ultrasound results.

I liked doctor kale but some of her staff are no good I needed a refill of diabetes test strip that all I asked for and my wife goes to pharmacy and they call in test strips a new meter lancet and lancet device it cost me a extra 60 dollars for copay for stuff I didn’t need I called there office and was annoyed I left a message that I would bring my copay bill on my next appointment next thing I know a week later I get a letter from doctor kale that she can no longer be my doctor there mistake and I’m the one who she gets rid off

If you like a Doctor that will spend no time with you and gets annoyed if you ask one question then this is the Doctor for you not for me. Its time to make these Doctors understand that we are the PatientClient and Im not paying for bad service.

Dr Kale is a well qualified Endocronologist she is very caring about her patients she explains clearly what is expected of her patients and is up to date on current medical procedures

This horrible woman had my sister pay for tests then diagnosed my sister with a thyroid condition put her on drugs to prepare her body for radiation treatment for her overactive thyroid then DENIED HER TREATMENT when she found out my sister had Florida Healthcare coverage. She told her she needed to see a psychiatrist and all her medical issues were in her head. AN AWFUL HUMAN BEING. This is what’s wrong with America.

Horrible staff. They do not confirm appointments and no followup whatsoever. The office Manager so she says Marilyn is rude and office is poorly run. Do not waste your time with this office.
