I tend to agree he need to monitor thecwat his receptionist talks to people she is not helpful and makes many mistakes as says it's you who did but after reading all what everyone has said I see I'm not the only person .Dr Wong need to look for a better person to run the office he maybe great but his receptionist is setting him back no one wants to go to him I sure don't

MARCH 4, 2022 Dr. Wong replaced both knees in 2012 in Sarnia. Osteo arthritis was the reason. Ten years later, I can report that both knees work, are pain free & amazingly, this is despite my gaining 80 pounds ! Please trust him with your surgery. You will be pain free too. I wasn’t given an appointment for two years told I owed $25. Upon being told this I immediately went to office to rectify the situation. Upon arriving was told by receptionist she had me mixed up with another patient. TWO YEARS, I waited in pain. Made an appointment that day for today and was given the choice between two times 10:30 and 1:00. I chose 1:00 being the primary caretaker for an aging father suffering from dementia. Again upon arriving there I’m told I missed my appointment which was at 10:00 when I recall telling receptionist over a month ago the 1:00 pm slot. All the while she swears I was told 10:30...I recall stating 1:00 pm three times that day...I was upset in office and am hoping to get a call back soon being I certainly do not want to live another two years in pain. It’s been two years since Dr Wong did an amazing job on a total knee replacement experiencing no pain whatsoever in that leg...the other leg however, the knee now locks every time I stand requiring me to position it just right when standing before attempting to walk...TWO YEARS in account of the receptionists mistake...I pray this mishap doesn’t have me waiting that long again but I don’t see the receptionist doing me any favours this time around

Great Surgeon, met me in emerg at 11pm, surgery by 7am next day. Fixed me up good as new

I have been left in more pain and less movement since my surgery. I had to have a second surgery 4 days after my original surgery to fix Dr.. Wongs error, with no consequences. I have been left to suffer and hobble the rest of my life.

He was taking care of too many patients at a time. He kept me waiting 15 minutes in between each test while he ran around to other patients. Told me I had to come back to get a prescription for contacts for a specialist. RIDICULOUS
