My father had a couple of procedures done by Dr. Zemel he is an amazing professional and caring doctor. Our family is so pleased to have been referred to him although my father does not speak English Dr. Zemel was extremely patient and friendly with him and explained things with detail .

horrible dr left infected port which he installed in instead of removing. He said it wasn’t necessary. Poor judgment on his part as a few days later I ended up hospitalized for 10 days with a severe infection caused by the port. First thing done at the hospital was to remove the port.

Dr. Zemel performed a guided bone marrow biopsy on me. The procedure did not go well but he wouldnt listen to me. There was a lot of bleeding. The blood was dripping from the table i was on. And he ignored me when i said i was in pain and awake for the whole procedure. I hope he treats other patients better.

This amazing doctor saved my life when he was at Baptist hospital. I had a baby and a severe stenosis of the aorta. I’m still good today over 20 years later I got to raise my daughter thanks to him and the fellows at Baptist in Miami.
