Dr. Bashein treated my husband for his 8 mm kidney stone. He performed his lithotripsy procedure with amazing results. The stone was broken up into small fragments which my husband was able to pass without much pain at all.We feel that Dr.Bashein is very knowledgeable and highly skilled and we are grateful to have him as our urologist. We highly recommend him!

I've been seeing Dr. Bashein for 19 years, and glad I have. He's always there for me AND my wife, with prompt attention in office or ER. I wish all of my doctors were as good as him!!

The Doctor is good, but their billing department doesn't know how to file secondary claims with Medicare. Their office staff knows nothing about the insurance and rely on the billing company. They continue to collect a copay from me and refuse to file with Medicare so I can get my money back. I've lost over $200 in co-pays because their billing department refuses to bill Medicare on my behalf.

Staff kind and professional. Dr. very personable and great at what he does. And it can't be fun doing what he does all day. But he got rid of my bladder cancer and has me on a strict regular basis of appointments.
