My family’s experience with Hanley Center was a positive one! Communication, continuity of care, and compassion were noticed and appreciated. I was impressed whenever I was able to speak to staff and the family counseling program helped our family tremendously. My family member is doing well and has her confidence back. Special thank you to Telisa and Sue on staff. You all made a really hard situation so much easier.

Hanley has great food and lovely accomodations.  Beware!!!!  I gave them all my insurance information and they never billed my insurance.  After a few weeks, they demanded an additional $25k (I had already paid $50k.  They never provided an itemized bill for my insurance and then sued me for my stay.  I would look elsewhere -- or go  to resort with good food.

I am so grateful for the experience I was blessed with at Hanley! It is an absolute honor to have been introduced to the steps through their program! I was properly armed with the facts about myself and the 12 steps. They actually care about each person they have there and almost all the staff is personally in recovery and lives the principles in all of their affairs. I recommend anybody struggling with alcoholic addiction give yourself a chance and try Hanley out... if you want to quit and find you cannot there is a solution! Trust God. Clean house. This is not a safe facility. I was not treated properly, and had seizures which would've been avoided if in a proper medical facility. The surgeon and nurses at the critical care unit that I was rushed to, told me that they'd never recommend any rehab facility in Florida, as they are all money makers and not safe. I've gone through so many reconstructive surgeries just to try to have proper breathing and improve the scaring, along with therapy to cope with the PTSD caused from this facility. There are good facilities out there, but this is NOT one of them. They are focused on money and have no concern of actually helping anyone. 12 step based and holistic approaches

The staff top to bottom (from House Keeping to Cafeteria, from R.A's. to Admissions and Alumni coordinators, and more) are Outstanding. The facilities are top notch and most importantly, the program is Real Deal Solution based, 12 step awesomeness! I can't begin to explain what it was like for me there, but I can say I Did get Exactly what I needed to make this happen for me and I will forever love the place!#lifesavedrestoredchanged&re-engaged!Thank you!- Thomas B.
