Being a patient in the hospital is never fun you miss work lose money lose time in relationships but if one would have to go to a hospital JFK is an excellent substitute for Gardens Medical.

Great medical service they didnt take long to get me a bed in the ICU and the nurses and doctors were very caring and empathetic as i was scared of getting surgery as they comforted me. I have no family in FL so the nurses were super kind whenever i had a procedure. Over all great experience. The food isn’t to bad. I was on a heart healthy diet so bland to be expected but not bad for hospital food.

I dont know if it was the Covid 19 pandemic. But the service was terrible. Doctors would tell nursing staff about meds but would be ignored. So much pain and unwanted suffering. Could not complete my procedure. Got discharged.

The doctors were rude. I went there four times in the last three months and each time they did not take my symptoms seriously discharged me and I end I up seriously ill and being admitted to a different hospital I would never go back here.

Dr. Keehn is a wonderful Doctor who helped me with my knee injury today and also gave me some great weightloss dieting tips to help me with my weightloss journey I am so happy that I choose to come to JFK North Emergency Room... The nurses were also great and when I was walking up tothe entrance the security guard seen me struggling to walk and brought a wheelchair to my rescue...Thank you JFK ER.

My experience was great the staff was very professional and caring Now it’s the healing process They called to check up on me to see how I was doing and feeling which I thought was very considerate considering how busy they are I thank JFK North

The nurses and staff the day of surgery were superb. However the financebilling department would not print out a statement of the charges for my upcoming surgery. They verbally informed me of the costs and what I owed but would not provide a breakdown of the charges or a printed copy for my review.

My mother was sent there for something she didnt do. Once I notified the Charge nurse of this fact I asked for her release and for the Doctor P.A. and social worker to please call me with a report. No one called me for 5 days and she was kept there against my wishes until I asked to speak with the supervisor They kept her there for 5 days unnecessarily for which she will be billed Totally unacceptable. They need more staff and a better system.
