What a great group of people. Every person from the front desk, therapist to the provider! Everyone is caring and listens to your needs. I would highly recommend health Haven to anyone.

UPDATED ON 10/15/25 - I finally received a call back from the office, after posting this review. I am disappointed that this is what it took to get through to anyone or to get anyone to call me back but I am happy with the resolution so I am updating my review to 4 stars. The reason for not giving a 5th star is because there should have been a better attempt at communication changes in charges, and also it should not have taken a month to call me back and resolve my issues. My daughter will continue receiving care through Health Haven and I am hoping no such incidents happen again. 4 months ago I would have given this office 5 stars. The initial staff that was treating my daughter was fantastic. There was some moving around so we ended up with a different team, and still, treatment was going well. But over the last month, I have relentlessly been trying to contact the office and get billing issues resolved. I started noticing extra charges on my card, when service was not provided, and different costs for the same type of visits. First $15, then $30 then $45, and most recently $105 per visit. I emailed multiple times the email listed on their website and contact the office multiple times, only to be told that someone would look into it and call me back, or sometimes I don't even get past their call center and get to actually talk to someone in the office, being told they are always out. Yet the recurring visits texts still come in, with threats of no show fees. I never confirm the appointments because I had told Jennifer at the front office that I wanted this billing issue resolved before scheduling anything else. We are now going on almost a month and my daughter is running out of meds and I cannot get anyone to contact me back to find out what exactly these extra charges on my account were for and to get clarity on how much the medication management visits actually cost. I hate I had to resort to publicly posting this in hopes someone would contact me back and my daughter can continue treatment with this office.

Everyone should come here. the staff are very friendly and non judgmental. I have never seing a therapist before and they make me happy and comfortable.

Office isnt comfortable or inviting- tiny and bare minimum but the providers and reception desk are extremely professional and helpful. Trauma therapist is highly experienced and empathetic. I feel it's possible to make progress here, and expect to be a patient/client for a long, long while. Office accepts medicaid. A bit overkill with text confirmations & such. Still, a 5 star if you have trauma related issues to work on.

Jennifer at the front is so polite, sweet and helpful. I love the rest of the staff too. Never a wait!
