"Listen ladies at the front desk, why are you so arrogant and rude? Who do you think you are? You need to go and get educated on ethics!"Dr I Alvarez is an amazing Dr, but his administrative staff is horrible. These people are arrogant, unprofessional, extremely rude, and can care less about the patient's well being. One example of the many bad experiences which I had with the admistrative staff (relatives of the Dr's wife)...So I called the office and explained to the administrative staff, that my child had been scratched by our cat and needed to see the Dr, and she says to me, "I don't understand what kids are doing having cats at home." What? I felt like telling her off, but I was more concerned about my child at that moment.

Dr. Alvarez was very friendly and made my son feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

El doctor Álvarez es una bella persona y tiene mucho conocimiento muy buen doctor,PEROOOOO el personal del la recepción son las personas MASSSS arrogantes e inhumanas que he visto en mi vida son unas groseras,en lo único q piensan es el dinero,no les importa si tu hijo viene enfermo o que le pasa y no tratan de ayudarte,no buscan una opción son demasiadoo insoportables,el doctor debe de tener en cuenta esto y mandar a buscar trabajadoras nuevas eso habla muy mal de su consulta,no es la primera vez q esto me lo uno pide un referido es un dolor de cabeza para todo ponen excusas,que desagradable son por dios que hagan algoooo con la mas gordita de todas es la mas problemática

Recently moved to Soflo and was recommended by family to go with this office for my toddler. Dr Alvarez was fantastic, very informative and made it a good experience for both myself and my child. He was patient when asking him questions and staff made me feel welcomed. They accept new patients, highly recommend to others looking for a pediatric doctor!

He is the best. the Castaneda Family has almost 4 years with him and we couldn't ask for a better doctor. He's so compassionate, wise and is always right on point at the time he treats our children. always anwers our emergency calls. His teamwork is really supportive and responsible as well.

Dr.Alvarez has been an amazing dr to all of 3 of my kids age 1,3,and 8. He is a truly caring dr. He has called on Christmas while my daughter had bronchitis to see how she was doing and really does out of his way for his patients!! Thank you !!
