Staff was helpful and polite. I went last year to get a consultation for lasik eye surgery. I was told I qualified as a candidate. At check out I inquired about pricing and next steps. I was given a brochure and folder. I was told someone would call me to discuss pricing and scheduling an appointment. I never heard from this place again and if I’m going to drop a good amount of money and can’t receive the courtesy of a call to schedule the surgery I wouldn’t go back. I would avoid this place because not only did they waste their time but mine as well.

I had lasik here about 17 years ago. I was in my mid 20's with a horrible astigmatism. I still have 20/20 from my surgery. Changed my life and I am so grateful! The staff was so professional and caring! I highly recommend this Dr!

Dr Daubert is a fantastic doctor. I have very serious problems with my eyes and he has been able to ward off blindness with his treatments. He cares about his patients and their families. He has gone as far as to give me his personal cell phone number should a problem arise and he isnt in the office! Whoever the person was that left such a poor review in January, they must not have followed his directions and/or their problem was beyond repair. His techs are outstanding as well. His desk staff are mostly all new and I'm sure they will come around in time. Dr Daubert, you rock!

My husband and I are fairly new patients of Dr. Jack Daubert. We were recommending by 3 other patients. My husband and I each had Cataract surgery. We have NEVER been more impressed by the knowledge, professionalism and nicess of his tech staff. For the most part, we have had an extremely short wait in the waiting room. There are several techs to see, as well as short waits inbetween. Neither of us have ever spent less time in an Opthamologist's office. Dr. Daubert listens and answers your questions as well as his staff. Never more impressed with any other doctor's office. Our surgeries went well. His center, where he performs the surgery is no different than his office. They are all wonderful.

This place is awlful - all about money getting you in and out with no apparent client care. My contact presciption was wrong - the lady at Costco noticed this and then it took a week to get Daubert office to admit the mistake. Don't go here if care about your eyes
