Jacques Guiteau's Online Review Report Card

I will never go back there again. The doctor is super nice but seems like he may need to retire soon. He can barely walk I was scared he would fall trying to sit down I wanted to help him I was nervous. He didn’t even know what my name was or anything when he came in the room. He walked in without any paperwork and logged in the computer and asked what was my name on the list. I could’ve said I was anyone and he was just like ok. My appointment was at 2:00 I arrived at 1:50 and didn’t leave until 4:30. They are very slow. I even had to go back and sit just to wait for them to print my paper for me to get blood work. The staff is very unprofessional. One of them was having a conversation right in front of me while I’m waiting to set my next appointment. It took her a while before she even addressed me. She had her phone on speaker while talking about her boyfriend and she was loud with it. No one says anything about it. They never even speak when you walk in doesn’t seem like anyone wants to do their job. I’m not sure if the doctor is aware of anything he just ignores it all.

He was super nice but he’s very slow. I can barely understand his words. The front desk is not welcoming they just make you stand there until they are ready to say hello and one of them was on the phone having an inappropriate conversation in front of everyone. So unprofessional. My appointment was at 2:00 I didn’t leave until 4:30. They are super slow. I only gave 3 stars because he was so nice

When I will arrive for my 3 o'clock appointment the receptionists were not welcoming .one was having a personal phone call while on the clock I have a important procedure coming up in October, So my doctor faxed some paperwork over to Dr. Guiteau office. After they checked my vital signs one of office employee went to check for my paperwork. And they couldn't find it. They were very rude how they handled it when they dropped the ball on their end. Both doctors were in the witness the argument between me and their employee and didn't say anything or step up to fix it.

Very slow place. It takes forever to get called, and his attitude is nasty. Will never visit again. Its about his time to retire

filthy office and the doctor isn't friendly at all

I went to a first time patient consultation a few days ago. When Dr.Guitea walked in I greeted him by saying "Good Morning". He did not respond, nor did he say hello, how are you, what brings you in today etc? I was shocked. He then walks out of the office to grab my paperwork, comes back, his cell phone rings and he takes the call. I am shocked all over again and at this point I am over it. As I begin to grab my things to leave, he tells me he will be right with me. I tell him it is ok, and I have to go. I continue to grab my belongings and walk out. I have never experienced anything like this from someone working in the medical field.

I love my doctor he knows me so well I've bin with him for years he is the best👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
