We love Dr.Restrepo ♥️ He is detail oriented & has alot of expierence. He truly cares about his patients & helping them get better. His staff is so helpful & nice. Thank you for all your help 🙏🏽

Dr. Restrepo was taking care of my mom when we suspected that she had covid 19. My mom is a 78 years old and she was by herself. My mom had to beg his office to ask him to call her. Thanks goodness my mom is well now. But Dr. Restrepo has never call her back to see if she survive her ordeal. Also, The Soma Medical Center nobody ever answers the phone. It seems as it the workers are overwork that they can not even get you a referral on time after two weeks of calling and begging for it. I would not recommend this center to any one that has an elder parent.

I was assigned to this doctor through my insurance company! I called the office to make an appointment because he is my new PCP I was hung up on three times and then when I finally got someone to answer she spoke very little English so she got me someone else who spoke broken English but I could understand her waited for over 25 min on hold then I was disconnected! I went to emergency Tele doc and saw Dr. there and I was Told that I needed to see a orthopedic surgeon for a torn meniscus I stayed in pain and trying to get into the doctor because he was my PCP when I finally got a human being to talk to me after three days trying she told me that the doctor is not seeing new patients because of the COVID-19 I understand that but what was I supposed to do? I called several times to try to talk to the office manager to let her know how rude her office staff was and how many times they don’t answer the phone at all! I can’t Say anything good or bad about the doctor because I have never had the opportunity to meet him! Dr if you’re reading this comment I want you to know what is going on in the office you represent! Sadly I reached out to my insurance company and I am trying desperately to change my PCP and probably my insurance carrier!! I am still in pain so I had to go to the emergency room during this pandemic and again I need a referral from my PCP thanks for being there for me soma medical!!! If you are considering going to this place for your medical care run The other way as quickly as you can!!! Smh ????

IM VERY SCARE OF NEEDLES, BUT NOT NOW!! THE NURSES ARE GREAT AND THE DOCTOR IS SUPER.. IM TRYING TO GET MY MOM TO CHANGE HER DOCTOR SINCE SHE COMES BACK AND FORTH FROM PUERTO RICO TO NEW YORK FOR HER APPOINTMENTS!!
